My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

L'expérience de séjour dans l'ensemble est bien supérieure à ce qui était prévu, l'environnement de haute qualité de l'hallo est assorti de services de coucher, que ce soit en voyage d'affaires ou en vacances de loisirs, vous pouvez sentir le confort et l'honneur pleins, le rapport coût-efficacité est super élevé, c'est absolument un hôtel de qualité de N-honneur! Je rentre ici chaque année à Hangzhou

L'hôtel est propre, nouveau et vraiment précieux. Si vous venez avec des amis/conduire, je vous recommanderais l'hôtel. Sinon, il est au milieu de nulle part, assurez-vous de stocker vos snacks avant de venir. Il est à 22 km de la gare qui m'a coûté 70 rmb taxi pour arriver ici, à 10 km de la région du lac. Les propriétaires étaient amis et gentils, offrant pour aider à ramener mes bagages, offrant également des noodles gratuits pour le petit déjeuner. La distance de marche est moins de 1 km mais vous devez traverser la route vers l'autre côté avant de marcher. C'était une bonne expérience.

I booked so called 2 “Suxian rooms” with courtyard views, but apparently assigned two regular rooms for three nights without rates adjustment. The rooms smelled smoke and the carpet is old. It would make it better if the air conditioning was turned on for the wet, humid and warm days, even in the late March - early April. It was hard to get a good sleep. The food service was great. The hotel maids are very nice and helpful. We get help from them for laundry while being away touring. They even returned money found in the pocket! I like the hotel for its name and location close to Mt. Suxianling and I hope that some good changes will happen in the future and make the stay of guests much more enjoyable.

La chambre était très spacieuse, avec deux lits, et très propre. Le lieu est très proche de l'entrée du parc d'attractions principal, et sur le côté vous pouvez également trouver des voies de marche non officielles qui sont populaires sur les médias sociaux. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, et vous pouvez aussi avoir un petit déjeuner brillant pour seulement 10 yuan, ce qui vous donnera de l'énergie pour une journée de marche. J'ai accompagné mes amis, l'expérience de cette séjour était super! La chambre est très large, il y a deux lits et très propre. La position de l'hôtel est très proche de l'entrée des principaux sites d'attrait et il y a quelques sentiers de marche non officiels très chauds sur les médias sociaux. Le plus impressionnant est le personnel ici, avec une attitude particulièrement bonne, très aimable et très heureuse d'aider. Il y a un excellent petit déjeuner, il ne faut que 10 yuan, pour vous fournir une énergie suffisante pour votre promenade toute la journée. La recommandation est fortement recommandée pour ce lieu est absolument 10/10!

雖然山路九曲十八彎，但總體還是物超所值。 酒店設施都很新，很乾凈，即使在山上也沒有潮濕發黴的感覺。 環境方面，酒店是在山最高點，可以看到絕美山景，看日出日落都很好，還能近距離看到風車，門口就是一大片草原可以撒歡。 前台人員服務態度很好，客服微信也會隨時回覆。因為帶了小孩行李很多，工作人員也會主動幫忙搬行李，入住時還送了景區門票，酒店過去就幾分鐘很方便。 最後不得不提早餐讓人眼前一亮，住過很多豪華酒店早餐都很糊弄，但是這是最驚艷的，品類豐富、新鮮，茶點和在廣州吃的早茶一模一樣，很符合廣州胃，而且吃的出是現做，不是凍品預製菜。

Staff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. We did not speak mandarin but the front desk was patient and accommodating to all our enquiries. Special mention for Li Fan at the front desk as she went the extra mile to guide and provide an excellent service at multiple occasions. Chef Yang Yan Fei at the hotel restaurant was so generous and welcoming. On knowing that we are vegetarian, she made us great vegetarian meal and ensured we were fed well. Food was very tasty and the kitchen looked clean. We opted for a parent-child room which was very spacious with a Lego wall (very useful to keep the kids engage in free time). Toilet was clean and new. Overall all the room renovations were excellent for the price point. The hotel is 5 min walk from the high speed rail station, compared to other hotels at downtown Chenzhou this one had better proximity to wanhua caves (17mins by didi) and yangtianhu grassland (70mins by didi). (Dongjiang lake was about 50mins from the location).

Le parking est pratique, le béton rouge est enrobé, le popcorn, les pistons de glace sont gratuits, il y a des cabines à charge, la réception est très enthousiaste. La sortie est la rue de la promenade de Xinglong.
