L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Rude Staff & Bad Service: Le comportement du personnel était totalement inacceptable. Lorsque je posais des questions, les membres du personnel me tournaient littéralement le dos. Lorsque je demandais l'assistance, ils avaient manifesté une attitude claire et dissuasive. J'ai été totalement déshonoré tout au long de mon séjour. Il y a un petit truc qui me permet de faire un petit truc. En dépit de cela, le garde-fous a marqué à plusieurs reprises dans ma chambre pour nettoyer. Bien que les chambres soient belles, cela m'a toujours fait craindre la sécurité de mes valeurs. A 7:00–8:00 AM, pendant que j'essayais de dormir, j'ai entendu des tantes crier et parler en haut dans la salle. Mediocre Petit déjeuner : Le petit déjeuner était très moyen, pas impressionnant ou méritant de mentionner. Globalement : Un séjour très inconfortable, principalement en raison de la terrible façon dont j'ai été traité par le personnel.

My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

The biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night. The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.

I booked so called 2 “Suxian rooms” with courtyard views, but apparently assigned two regular rooms for three nights without rates adjustment. The rooms smelled smoke and the carpet is old. It would make it better if the air conditioning was turned on for the wet, humid and warm days, even in the late March - early April. It was hard to get a good sleep. The food service was great. The hotel maids are very nice and helpful. We get help from them for laundry while being away touring. They even returned money found in the pocket! I like the hotel for its name and location close to Mt. Suxianling and I hope that some good changes will happen in the future and make the stay of guests much more enjoyable.

La chambre est très propre, pleine chaleur et avec une projection, c'est un climatisation central, le lit est très doux et confortable, le chauffage intelligent est également très intime avec un chauffage unique, la nettoyage sanitaire est également très soigneux! Le projecteur est très efficace et il y a des membres gratuits. Le chef est également très poli et enthousiaste, le trafic est également très confortable, il y a beaucoup de plats à manger près du sous-sol, très pratique.

Staff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. We did not speak mandarin but the front desk was patient and accommodating to all our enquiries. Special mention for Li Fan at the front desk as she went the extra mile to guide and provide an excellent service at multiple occasions. Chef Yang Yan Fei at the hotel restaurant was so generous and welcoming. On knowing that we are vegetarian, she made us great vegetarian meal and ensured we were fed well. Food was very tasty and the kitchen looked clean. We opted for a parent-child room which was very spacious with a Lego wall (very useful to keep the kids engage in free time). Toilet was clean and new. Overall all the room renovations were excellent for the price point. The hotel is 5 min walk from the high speed rail station, compared to other hotels at downtown Chenzhou this one had better proximity to wanhua caves (17mins by didi) and yangtianhu grassland (70mins by didi). (Dongjiang lake was about 50mins from the location).

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, et vous pouvez aussi avoir un petit déjeuner brillant pour seulement 10 yuan, ce qui vous donnera de l'énergie pour une journée de marche. J'ai accompagné mes amis, l'expérience de cette séjour était super! La chambre est très large, il y a deux lits et très propre. La position de l'hôtel est très proche de l'entrée des principaux sites d'attrait et il y a quelques sentiers de marche non officiels très chauds sur les médias sociaux. Le plus impressionnant est le personnel ici, avec une attitude particulièrement bonne, très aimable et très heureuse d'aider. Il y a un excellent petit déjeuner, il ne faut que 10 yuan, pour vous fournir une énergie suffisante pour votre promenade toute la journée. La recommandation est fortement recommandée pour ce lieu est absolument 10/10!

La chambre est propre et chaude, l'hôtel offre un parking gratuit, popcorn gratuit, rhizome 🍠, la rue de marche est à côté, les achats sont très pratique, il y a un chargeur, très proche de la partie environnante, la réception est très polie et enthousiaste et intime, très satisfait

雖然山路九曲十八彎，但總體還是物超所值。 酒店設施都很新，很乾凈，即使在山上也沒有潮濕發黴的感覺。 環境方面，酒店是在山最高點，可以看到絕美山景，看日出日落都很好，還能近距離看到風車，門口就是一大片草原可以撒歡。 前台人員服務態度很好，客服微信也會隨時回覆。因為帶了小孩行李很多，工作人員也會主動幫忙搬行李，入住時還送了景區門票，酒店過去就幾分鐘很方便。 最後不得不提早餐讓人眼前一亮，住過很多豪華酒店早餐都很糊弄，但是這是最驚艷的，品類豐富、新鮮，茶點和在廣州吃的早茶一模一樣，很符合廣州胃，而且吃的出是現做，不是凍品預製菜。
