IInvitéGreat place. Very welcoming and helpful owner who speaks good English. She messaged me before I arrived to help me check in and get to the location. Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again

IInvitéThe resort is beautifully decorated and cosy, and amenities are very modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

IInvitéThe hotel is ideally located and conveniently connected to the ski resort in the centre of town. The bus was so convenient to sit outside the door, the room was spotless and the smart toilet was warm and especially sweet. Bottom line, brag about a waterfall shower. Getting back from skiing for a hot bath is super stress-relieving! The boss and the waiter were so enthusiastic that they would offer to help plan the route. The waiter even helped clean the skis. The most wonderful thing is lying in bed can see Rizhao Jinshan, mobile phone casually shoot postcards! Take a photo after clocking in, and what is more touching is the free laundry service in the laundry room -- dirty clothes are handed over to the cleaning lady. The next day was stunning and sent back to the room. Skied for seven days without worrying about changing the wash. Breakfast was so good that it wasn't repeated every day. Pastries, fruits, hot and cold vegetables, tomato and egg noodles were a huge favorite. Madness to all friends!

IInvitéEverything was nearly perfect — the property is elegant, the room spacious with a bathtub and a smart room system. However, I booked this hotel specifically for its floor heating, and was very disappointed to find the room freezing cold. The staff explained that central heating in the city can only be switched on by the government starting October 1st, still a few days away. Although they provided a space heater, it could not replace the comfort of proper heating. To avoid disappointment, the hotel should clearly inform guests in advance about the heating policy.

Santé: sanitaire propre et confortable.
Environnement: Situé dans un parc, il y a beaucoup de gens qui ont des caractéristiques autour. Il y a des prairies autour de lui et un cocktail. Nous sommes allés au magasin de porc recommandé par le serveur. Vraiment particulièrement délicieux.
Service: Le service est très enthousiaste. Nous avons recommandé un porc très délicieux.

KKarenhon二人預訂連宿6晚來滑雪的。預訂時提出酒店給我高層，結果有為我預留了。🥰
第一天到達剛好是日落時間，窗外看到出背的日落光環，遠旺著是高高的雪山，眼下是一平地還會有看到馬兒跑出來散步。由於滑雪受傷了，星期天在房間睡了一整天，不吵的，非常寧靜，只會偶然門外其他住客經過會有少少聲音，整體上可接受的。
酒店整體環境乾淨，不竟是2023才新開的，房內沒有煙味，酒店職員非常親切有禮，很樂意解答人客問題。
唯一美中不足的是房間內冷氣機第二天便發現壞了，幸好是冬天，可以打開窗才達致空氣流通。酒店有安排我們轉另一個房間，只是東西太多不想搬動我們便放棄了移動。
距離鎮上食市不遠，步行5-15分鐘內做可，附近食物選擇種類很多。
酒店有定班上雪場大巴，提早一天預訂便可。我找的是拼車😜時間可以自己定🤓

Les installations sont bonnes, la chambre est chaude comme la printemps, l'environnement est propre et propre, le service de la réception est très enthousiaste et vous aidera à prendre vos bagages. Dépasser les valeurs escomptées est très satisfaisant.

IInvité迴應了，能處理都儘量及時幫忙處理了。但是不可避免的房間真的問題有點多:1.床鋪有頭三根髮絲；2.因為室內温度高外面雪融化房間屋頂滴水；3.廁所房間佈置的很漂亮，很有異域風。房東阿Q服務好的沒得説，不僅幫忙上下幫行李，我的車窗被冰凍結了霜還親自幫忙處理乾淨，有問題都及時返臭，排氣扇一直開着會好些；4.廁所的燈衹裝浴霸的，亮度一言難盡，再三確認幾次是開了；5.床鋪質量有待提高可以摸到彈簧，又太軟了，睡得腰疼；6.隔音太差，隔壁一對一晚上説了啥都聽的見。
