Les fonctionnaires de la réception ont dit que le système informatique était incomplet parce qu'il était nouveau pour l'hôtel, que la sécurité publique exigeait de prendre le numéro d'identification de l'hôte et de remplir le numéro d'identification et le numéro de téléphone. Le personnel de la réception de cette femme a pris mon téléphone portable et rempli le numéro de la carte, c'est vraiment inquiétant! J'espère que Trip.com sera réglementé!

這個酒店真的挺好住的, 我經常去住, 之前一直都是 線下訂, 後面發現平台上還要比前台相對優惠一些 上次過來和這次就在平台上訂, 他家衞生環境好, 設 施也是特別新, 每次過去前台服務員服務也是特別 好。
