The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I can only recommend the accommodation to anyone. The room was large, clean and well equipped. The owners are very nice and super helpful. I visited the emerald valley and the yellow mountains from there. Both with the support of the host and it worked perfectly. Also the food on site is delicious. I would love to visit again.

Excellent ! C'est la meilleure option pour séjourner dans la région de Huangshan pour visiter les montagnes et les environs. Cet hôtel de charme est situé extrêmement calmement au milieu des forêts de bambous et des plantations de thé, loin de l'agitation, des rues animées, des gens et des restaurants bruyants - exactement ce dont nous avions besoin après une journée à la montagne. En même temps, il n'est qu'à 5-10 minutes de la porte d'entrée sud, vers laquelle l'hôtel vous conduira quand vous en aurez besoin. Dans l'ensemble, le service et les propriétaires sont vraiment géniaux et serviables avec tout. L'hôtel dans son ensemble et les chambres sont conçus avec beaucoup de goût, de haute qualité, 1000% propres et tout est rangé (pas de piles en désordre nulle part - contrairement à d'autres hôtels de charme en Chine). Vous pouvez facilement dîner à l'hôtel, le coin salon est magnifique, calme, parfaitement conçu et la nourriture était délicieuse. Le petit-déjeuner est un petit-déjeuner chinois mais ils sont si sucrés et proposent des céréales et du pain grillé si vous le souhaitez, cependant, j'ai apporté d'autres options pour mes parents qu'ils ont gentiment gardées dans le réfrigérateur. Ils nous ont également emmenés dans leur propre montagne de thé pour admirer le coucher de soleil et la montagne Huangshan de loin - très spécial !!! Je le recommande vivement ! Les autres recommandations de randonnée (en plus de l'ascension de Huangshan) ont été un excellent ajout. Je recommande un séjour de trois nuits, c'est tout simplement parfait. Tout est encore plus joli que sur les photos, une surprise agréable et inhabituelle !! Vous ne regretterez pas d'avoir choisi cet hôtel, j'ai séjourné dans d'autres hôtels à Huangshan auparavant et c'est la meilleure option en ce qui concerne l'emplacement (!!), le design et le service.

A Little Gem in Huangshan, with Hospitality We Will Never Forget The Bamboo Hotel was one of the most wonderful surprises of our trip. From the very first moment, we found a warm, elegant, and beautifully designed atmosphere, with every detail carefully thought out. It is a true little gem, a charming design hotel where everything reflects taste, care, and attention. But what truly makes this place special are the people. The owner and his entire family are incredibly kind and genuine people. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, looked after, and truly cared for. Their sincere hospitality made our stay even more memorable. They helped us from the very beginning, arranging a driver for us, carefully explaining how to organize our excursion to Huangshan Mountain, and even suggesting what we could do the following day. The owner’s father was so kind that he personally accompanied us to the bus station so we could reach the mountain. Every evening there was always a thoughtful gesture waiting for us: a drink offered after dinner, a coffee, a friendly conversation, and above all, the feeling of being guests of a family rather than simply customers of a hotel. We had a truly wonderful stay and will never forget the hospitality we received. This is a place we wholeheartedly recommend, and we sincerely hope to return one day.

I am filling this review out as the person who booked and paid for the room on behalf of my guest / driver, who stayed here for eight days. The room was conveniently located on the ground floor, and despite being adjacent to the main lobby, it was reasonably quiet. A set menu breakfast with nine small dishes was provided every morning in the restaurant, and was very healthy and beautifully presented. Cleaning was done every morning by aunties who knocked around 10a.m. to check if cleaning was requested. Parking onsite for free and EV charging was also available very conveniently next to the hotel. Although the hotel room was non-smoking, the driver smoked both inside the room and in the public lobby, but was not ticked off or asked to smoke outside (!). Staff were very courteous and friendly, always helping with any issue and happy to answer any questions. On departing, both the driver and myself received local biscuits as a gift. Really wonderful place to stay with an extremely well trained, polite family of hospitality experts.

就是看中這能泡温泉來的，爬完黃山，身心疲憊，急需泡泡温泉解解乏。看到有私家温泉，果斷下單，位置在山裡，周邊大山環繞，竹林悠悠，有一種遠離塵世喧囂的感覺，旁邊還有一條小溪，溪水清澈見底，聽着溪流潺潺的聲音入睡很舒服，也不用擔心車的問題，民宿的車隨叫隨到，民宿設施也很現代化，智能語音控制，房間超大，有獨立陽台，視角超絕，夕陽竹影，風輕鳥鳴。一家人一起體驗美景温泉，別提多爽了。民宿很大，有大草坪，鞦韆，天幕，户外桌椅，我還看到了燒烤架，估計天熱些還有很多户外節目。我看到可以划船，就讓安排了，我和我家小朋友一起泛舟漂流很舒服，管家小哥還挺負責任的一直在周邊，害怕我們船翻了，房間裏免費提供很多飲料飲品，小吃。尤其是裝茶的小罐，很精緻，想帶走，溝通之後，人家直接拿兩個新的送我了。很感謝，由於爬山後太累了，也沒解鎖更多有趣的項目，希望下次可以再來黃山，再來體驗這裏。

Équipements : L'hôtel n'est pas tout récent, mais les équipements sont complets. Propreté : Très propre. Service : Nous sommes arrivés en soirée et le personnel a été très attentionné en nous offrant de l'eau chaude dès notre arrivée. L'enregistrement a été rapide et nous avons même reçu un cadeau de bienvenue. Comme nous étions trois, ils nous ont spontanément fourni des brosses à dents et des chaussons supplémentaires. Un service excellent ! 👍 Le choix au petit-déjeuner était limité, mais c'était très bon. L'hôtel propose une navette pour la gare routière de Namdaemun et la présence de nombreux restaurants à proximité est très pratique.

Je ne sais pas d’où viennent tant de bonnes critiques, j’ai dû être trompé par elles. Il y a un restaurant en bas. Quand c'est l'heure du dîner, tout le couloir, l'ascenseur et la chambre sont remplis d'une odeur de fumée de cuisine. Quelle que soit la situation, fermer les fenêtres et les portes ne sert à rien. J'ai appelé la réception pour signaler le problème et ils ont réagi rapidement. Ils m'ont immédiatement changé de chambre plus proche de la route. Lorsque j'ai ouvert la porte des toilettes, j'ai vu la serviette de bain sur le sol à côté des toilettes. Heureusement, nous n'utilisons jamais les serviettes de l'hôtel lorsque nous sortons. Je me suis réveillée à 5h30 du matin et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude à tous les robinets. L'eau était seulement légèrement plus chaude que l'eau froide, donc je ne pouvais pas me laver les cheveux ni prendre une douche.

J'ai récemment séjourné au Huangshan Bushui Pudding Hotel et l'expérience a dépassé mes attentes ! Bien que la chambre ne soit pas particulièrement grande, elle est très chaleureuse et confortable, la literie est propre et bien rangée et le sommeil est très confortable. J'aime particulièrement le style de conception de la pièce, qui est simple mais élégant et donne aux gens une sensation très relaxante. L'hygiène est également très bonne, toute la chambre est impeccable et la salle de bain est également très propre. Le service est impeccable. Les dames à la réception sont très accueillantes. Les procédures d'enregistrement et de départ sont très rapides. Ils ont également fourni de manière proactive de nombreuses suggestions sur les voyages à Huangshan, comme les meilleurs itinéraires de randonnée et les conditions météorologiques, ce qui a vraiment beaucoup aidé ! L'hôtel propose également un service de bagagerie gratuit, ce qui est très attentionné pour les touristes revenant de l'ascension de la montagne. Enfin, je voudrais mentionner le rapport qualité-prix. Comparé aux autres hôtels autour de la région pittoresque de Huangshan, le prix du Pudding Hotel est vraiment abordable, mais le service et les installations ne sont pas du tout remisés. C'est vraiment un bon rapport qualité/prix ! Dans l’ensemble, ce séjour a été une expérience très agréable et je le recommande vivement aux amis qui prévoient de voyager à Huangshan ! La prochaine fois que je viendrai à Huangshan, je choisirai certainement l'hôtel Pudding ! 👍
