IInvitéWe are welcomed by 2 very friendly staff at the reception with their very cute cats at the lobby. Lucky enough they have an extra room to upgrade us. The room is super clean and most basic needs amenities are prepared as well.
The location of this place is rather easy to find and it’s convenient to go around and to find food. We are very pleased to have stay here. 100% recommended!!

QqianyayaoooLe paysage à Xitang est très beau. Je l'ai visité pendant presque une journée entière et l'expérience de séjourner dans ce B&B a été très bonne. Il y a beaucoup de monde à Hangzhou cette année. Sur le chemin du retour, j'ai décidé de venir à Xitang et j'ai trouvé ce B&B. Une fois la réservation effectuée, le patron a appelé et a ajouté les coordonnées et a envoyé l'emplacement. Le parking à l'entrée était étroit mais l'arrière était toujours bon pour se garer. la méthode de stationnement a expliqué le patron après la visite.
Le patron était très enthousiaste et nous a aidés à monter et descendre nos bagages. Ils ont réservé des billets moins chers qu'en ligne et nous ont également aidés à courir. La patronne était également très enthousiaste en nous emmenant à Wujiaqiao, l'entrée du site pittoresque.
J'ai réservé la chambre 402, qui est une suite familiale, elle est également idéale pour voyager avec un bébé. Le paysage est superbe et les détails de l'aménagement des espaces publics sont également en place. Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait du voyage 👍

CCentrotuinaLe propriétaire nous a rencontrés en personne et nous a marqué à l'hôtel, situé dans une zone charmant sans voiture près de la rivière, à seulement 100 mètres. Elle nous a donné des recommandations qui se sont révélées absolument spot-on, nous avons apprécié notre repas sur la belle terrasse grâce à ses conseils.
Le soir, nous avons demandé un couteau pour couper des fruits, et elle nous l'a apportée gentilment, déjà coupée et pelée, avec le pulvérisateur de mousquette, un geste aussi réfléchi. La décoration de l'hôtel est délicieuse, combinent le style avec le confort réel, et nous avons même eu le thé de rock Wuyi célèbre, le meilleur type à essayer!
Nous avons été améliorés, nous avons dormi comme des bébés et nous avons été étonnés de se réveiller après 9 heures et demie de repos ininterrompu.

IInvité滿分推薦西塘良壤酒店，這次入住的水景房體驗感直接拉滿！房間空間寬敞大氣，裝修雅緻高級，整體乾淨整潔，衞生做得特別到位。特別喜歡健身區域的游泳池超級贊！還最喜歡水景房的視野，推窗直麪江南水系景觀，白牆黛瓦臨水而立，坐在陽台就能靜賞水鄉美景，清晨幽靜愜意，傍晚氛圍感十足，拍照十分出片。酒店整體是藝術禪意風格，環境清幽安靜，遠離鬧市喧囂，居住舒適度超高。客房設施齊全高端，床品柔軟舒適睡得安穩，洗漱用品品質很好，各類生活用品配備貼心周到。酒店服務細緻貼心，特別是客房工作人員和樓層遇到的阿姨熱情有禮貌，管家服務周到貼心，待人温和有禮，入住全程舒心自在。地理位置也很合適，出行遊玩便利，步行就能抵達西塘古鎮，鬧中取靜十分宜居。酒店餐飲味道不錯，早餐食材新鮮健康，整體都很滿意。

IInvité嘉興旅行，為行程方便臨時入住嘉善，亞朵多次入住，硬件軟件都比較放心，酒店周邊商圈繁華，出行交通方便。 前台服務很好，幫忙升級了房型，離店時還遞上加熱的礦泉水，細節暖心。早餐也很豐盛，各方面都很滿意。

UUtilisateur anonymeThe bed space was clean and comfy, the bed was firm and comfortable. Like many hostels in China, you'll need to put the bedsheets on yourself. Slippers and a toothbrush are provided. I checked in in the morning and the room was quite dirty and disorganised. I've been told that the cleaning lady only comes in around noon and the next few days were cleaner. There were also no bedsheets in my bed space but the reception was quick to provide me with some. The journey from the metro station to the hostel is quite bumpy and not easy if you have a heavy 28-inch luggage like me since you also need to cross a main road. One last thing, it seems like they're in operation for quite some time now because the environment is not as bright as pictured. There are mold on the walls of the room, peeling paint etc. Overall still quite a good stay with the price with about a 10min walk to the Confucius Temple area.

The owners are super kind, friendly and supportive. They picked me up at the bus station. I thought it’s just a small town but it’s quite big actually, and with a lot of luggage, I didn’t know how struggle I would be without them. Thank you so so much for helping me 🙇♀️🙇♀️
And the manor is supper nice, elegant, like living in a rich family in the past 😂

IInvitéI booked the Five Lakes Riverside Balcony Room with Main Channel View and Bathroom at Regalia Riverside for Dec 30 and 31, 2025. The room looks exactly as it does in the photos. The balcony has plug ins, teapot, teacups and tea prepared for you. Across the balcony, you can see the famous bridge and the boat station. You can also see up and down the channel. Room size is good for 2 persons. In the room is a heater/AC which worked perfectly and Ms. Sun also kindly turned on the heater since she knew my arrival time. The room has a kettle but no cups, coffee. Luckily I had brought my own. Also, know that the hotel does not provide breakfast - not a problem for me but for those we eat breakfast, just step outside. Location is perfect, it's in the heart of ancient town so easy to walk everywhere. Outside your door is snack street and at the end of the street is a ”food court”. Despite it's central location and opposite of the boat station, the noise was manageable. When I closed the balcony doors, I didn't hear anything (maybe too cold for people to loiter around?).
Everyone was very nice and kind. Ms. Sun went out of her way to help me with my return bus ticket to Hangzhou, giving me directions on how to arrive at the hotel/meeting point where she waited for me, and her colleague even walked and waited for my car when I departed for Hangzhou. Going from Hangzhou to Xitang was an adventure as I read many different versions and my hotel told me another in my research. All in all, i highly recommend Regalia and Xitang! Thank you to Ms Sun and everyone for making my 2026 new year experience so memorable!

JJoyMoonStayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free!
The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong.
The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore!
If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!
