Mon épouse et moi avons récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Hampton by Hilton de Qingdao et nous avons été tellement enchantés que nous souhaitions partager notre expérience. Cet hôtel se distingue véritablement pour toutes les bonnes raisons et nous a offert une escapade confortable, pratique et vraiment agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été impressionnés par la propreté impeccable de l'ensemble de l'établissement. Le hall était lumineux et accueillant, les couloirs impeccables et notre chambre était irréprochable. Il est évident que l'équipe d'entretien est très fière de son travail, ce qui a rendu notre séjour à la fois sûr et luxueux. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale. Chaque membre du personnel que nous avons rencontré, de la réception à la salle à manger, était incroyablement aimable, professionnel et serviable. Ils nous ont accueillis avec des sourires sincères, étaient toujours prêts à nous donner des conseils sur les environs et se sont mis en quatre pour s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien. Leur attitude positive a vraiment donné le ton à tout notre voyage. Et maintenant, parlons du petit-déjeuner : il était excellent ! Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels où le petit-déjeuner inclus semblait négligé, mais pas ici. Le choix était fantastique : gaufres, œufs brouillés, fruits frais, viennoiseries et yaourts sains. Le café était toujours frais et bien chaud, et une belle sélection de thés et de jus de fruits frais nous permettait de bien commencer la journée. Quel plaisir de débuter une journée d'exploration par un petit-déjeuner aussi copieux et délicieux ! Ce qui nous a vraiment convaincus, c'est l'excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le prix était très raisonnable, surtout comparé à d'autres hôtels de même catégorie où nous avons séjourné à Qingdao. On en a vraiment pour son argent : l'excellent petit-déjeuner, les chambres modernes et propres, et le service impeccable en font un choix exceptionnel. L'emplacement était un autre atout majeur. L'hôtel est idéalement situé près du métro, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements en ville sans voiture. De plus, le quartier est animé et plein de vie ! Nous avons adoré pouvoir sortir et trouver d'excellents restaurants, cafés et boutiques à quelques pas. On se sentait vraiment au cœur de l'animation. Enfin, étant non-fumeurs, nous avons particulièrement apprécié que l'hôtel soit entièrement non-fumeur, chambres comprises. Cela a rendu l'atmosphère d'autant plus agréable. En résumé, notre séjour au Hampton by Hilton de Qingdao a été quasiment parfait. L'hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix, alliant propreté, service exceptionnel, délicieux petit-déjeuner et emplacement idéal. Nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner et le recommanderons à tous nos proches. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

L'hôtel est super ! Il y a plein de bouteilles d'eau. Par contre, si vous voyagez avec quelqu'un que vous ne connaissez pas bien, méfiez-vous de la salle de bain. Vous allez vite devenir très proches de vos compagnons de voyage ! 😏 L'emplacement est génial, en plein centre, proche de toutes les attractions, et commander un repas avec DiDi est très facile !

Mon récent séjour au Grand Barony Qingdao Airport Hotel, dans une chambre Deluxe Queen, a été une expérience très positive et complète, idéale pour les voyageurs recherchant praticité, confort et efficacité à proximité de l'aéroport. La correspondance s'est faite sans encombre et la proximité a considérablement réduit le stress lié au voyage. La chambre Deluxe Queen était spacieuse, moderne et bien agencée. Le lit était confortable et la chambre bien entretenue, avec des draps propres, une salle de bain impeccable et des équipements suffisants. L'agencement était fonctionnel sans être luxueux, mais offrait tout ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel d'aéroport de cette catégorie. L'insonorisation était satisfaisante ; malgré la proximité de l'aéroport, le niveau sonore était minimal et n'a pas perturbé le repos. Le service a été professionnel et efficace tout au long du séjour, avec une attention particulière portée aux moindres détails. Le responsable de service, Ali, m'a particulièrement impressionné par son hospitalité proactive. En guise de bienvenue, il m'a personnellement apporté une sélection de boissons non alcoolisées locales du Shandong et de Qingdao dans ma chambre, une attention délicate et respectueuse des traditions culturelles. Ce petit geste a rendu mon séjour plus agréable et a témoigné d'un véritable souci du détail, allant bien au-delà des attentes habituelles. Les installations semblaient complètes, même si mon séjour fut bref et principalement axé sur le repos plutôt que sur la découverte de toutes les prestations. Le hall et les espaces communs étaient soignés, offrant une première impression de calme et d'organisation. Les options de restauration étaient pratiques et, sans être exceptionnelles, satisfaisantes en termes de qualité et de variété pour un court séjour. En termes de rapport qualité-prix, l'hôtel est excellent. Il offre fiabilité, propreté et confort sans superflu. Pour les voyageurs privilégiant la praticité, la commodité et une bonne nuit de sommeil avant ou après un vol, c'est un choix judicieux. En résumé, le Grand Barony Qingdao Airport Hotel offre un équilibre parfait entre efficacité, confort et accessibilité. Le service attentionné, mis en valeur par de petits gestes significatifs de la part du personnel comme Ali, rehausse l'expérience et renforce la réputation de l'hôtel en tant qu'option d'hébergement aéroportuaire de haute qualité et fiable.

Le Westin Qingdao a véritablement dépassé mes attentes ! Son emplacement est exceptionnel, juste à côté de la place du 4 mai sur Hong Kong Middle Road, avec une station de métro au pied de l'hôtel. La plage et le centre commercial MixC sont facilement accessibles à pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses et impeccables, la literie confortable et la vue depuis les étages supérieurs est à couper le souffle, offrant un panorama exceptionnel sur la ville et la mer. L'accueil de Kimi était chaleureux et professionnel ; un grand merci à elle pour son attention irréprochable, de l'arrivée au service en chambre. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, et la piscine et la salle de sport sont excellentes. Idéal pour les voyages d'affaires comme pour les séjours de loisirs, je le recommande vivement !

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

For the first few days of my stay in Qingdao, I booked the compact single room. This time, for two days, I tried the double-bed room with a table and a large window, and it is really excellent for the price. The room is extremely clean and has all the basic amenities such as a shower, dental kit, and towels. One small difference is that instead of traditional cloth towels, they provide disposable paper-fiber towels. The room is also much more spacious than the single room, even though the price increase is very small. I paid about 55 RMB for the smaller room, while this room cost around 63–64 RMB, but the size is almost double. The room has a very large window facing the road in front of the hotel. I expected it to be noisy, but surprisingly it was not. There are many power outlets and switchboards, which makes it convenient for charging phones or laptops. The room also has a large TV, along with a table and chair where you can comfortably sit and work. The staff, as I mentioned earlier, are extremely friendly. By the end of my stay, they almost felt like friends. If you order food or buy items from e-commerce platforms like Jingdong or Taobao, the staff will collect the packages and store them safely on the first floor. Sometimes the delivery person will even bring the order directly to your room. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the room was very well maintained and spotless. It also includes a hairdryer and hangers. The room I booked had two beds, so if you are traveling with a colleague for business, this is a great option. The location is not extremely central, but it is still convenient. The nearest subway station is about a 10–15 minute walk, which was not a problem for me. There are also several convenience stores nearby where you can quickly buy snacks or basic items. Overall, the room is very well maintained, extremely clean, and free of dust. We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful — they guided us clearly and even helped us rent a scooter. They also let us park our motorbike, which was really convenient.
