FFei。民宿的位置很方便，周邊吃飯逛街都挺順路的。房間收拾得特別乾淨整潔，佈置得也很有格調，一看就是花了心思的，住起來特別舒服。房東人超級好，從入住前的溝通到退房都特別耐心，有問必答，還貼心地給了不少當地遊玩的建議，感覺像朋友一樣親切。
床品也很舒服，睡得特別香，完全沒有住酒店的那種陌生感，反而有種回家的温馨。總之，這次入住體驗滿分，已經把這家民宿推薦給朋友了，下次來還會選這裏！

WWYKwokGreat host, very friendly and proactively provided information about the Danxiashan. It was our first time there and we didn’t plan well and only had one night there.
The room was very nice , spacious and clean. We had booked the family room with 2 bedrooms and it was plenty of space. The common area was nice with plenty of tea making amenities enjoy.
It was definitely great value for money. Hope to visit again next time.

BBenjamin and RhonaWe are very happy with our stay. The establishment is very beautiful with amazing decorations and a calm environment. The views are amazing. I highly recommend staying on the 5th floor so you will have views of the valley. The restaurant is unusual with a river running through. We also like the cock in reception.
The host is also very nice and even checked on us if we were too cold in the night.

IInvité臨時決定去丹霞山，看到8年前訂了雲宿，但是沒提前打電話跟老闆預約，老闆讓我們去住螢火蟲。那時的螢火蟲剛營業不久，牆壁和房內設備還算新，感覺還行。8年後臨時出發重新訂螢火蟲已經老舊很多，門口上的空調水一直滴下來，床單應該沒怎麼洗，蓋了比較癢。衹能説價格比較實惠。

WWanderlust WenA comfy, no frills Chinese inn managed by a husband and wife team. The lady owner was informative and helped me to plan the best routes to hike as well as enjoy the Danxia Mountains. She even assisted me to purchase a discounted ticket for the Danxia night cruise. Inn's location is located near the Danxia main gate as well as eateries. Perfect Chinese hospitality. Truly a home away from home.
TIP: Non locals including foreigners who flew into Guangdong province within the last 10 days and can show their air tickets at the ticket counter can get a free 2 day visit to the Danxia Mountains. Information is accurate as at January 2026.

MM2gjsnlli****Il est plus proche de Danxia et de la station de transport de passagers ici, il est également très pratique de retourner à la montagne après la fin de la montagne, à pied environ 6-7 minutes environ. La chambre est toujours plus propre, pas de goût, la monogamme est également très confortable, la fin de la montagne Danxia dorma rapidement dans la montagne de lit. Les chefs et les chefs sont très enthousiastes, ils sont aussi heureux d'aider les propriétaires, ils sont aussi des gens locaux, il peut me résoudre quelque chose, très chaleureux et très familiers. La prochaine fois que je viens dans la montagne Danny, je vivrai ici!

蹒蹒跚小旅人 | Little Voyage Waddle WalkerWe stayed here as a family with our child during our autumn trip to Danxia Mountain, and it served as a perfect and convenient base.
The biggest advantage is its proximity to the Danxia Mountain scenic area. It saved us a lot of commuting time with a young child. It was also a reasonable drive to/from Shaoguan railway station.
The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a family. The amenities met our basic needs. As a family, we particularly appreciated features that made our stay more comfortable (consider mentioning any specific amenity you liked, e.g., ”the on-site restaurant had good options for the child” or ”the room layout was convenient”).
The staff was helpful. For family travelers, efficient service is key, and they assisted us well with directions and local travel tips.
I would recommend this hotel to other families visiting Danxia Mountain. Its location drastically reduces travel stress when exploring the park with young children. It's more about practical convenience and comfort than luxury, which is exactly what we needed.

SSteph The FrenchAussieThe hotel is right at the door of the park gate (the one to access the cable car) and in a quiet and pleasant location. The front desk staff was lovely and even offered to upgrade me to a slightly bigger room.
It was clean although the bathroom was small and had an unpleasant smell (although it was clean).
Overall, a decent place to stay, and the location is definitely the area to sleep if you visit Danxia mountain. I stayed 2 nights and if you want to explore the whole park, 2 days sound about right.

TTravelwithT10/10 for Service – Truly Exceptional Stay in Shaoguan
I had the most beautiful experience at this homestay in Shaoguan. From the very beginning of my trip, the service was outstanding. Someone was waiting for me at reception, and although my room wasn’t far, they kindly transported me by golf cart to the queen bedroom I had booked. That small gesture already made me feel welcomed and valued.
I chose the queen bedroom with the mountain view and hot tub, and it was absolutely worth it. The room had a small balcony overlooking the mountain area, surrounded by flowers everywhere. It felt peaceful, private, and incredibly scenic. The room itself was spotless, and housekeeping cleaned daily to a very high standard.
As an English speaker in China, communication can sometimes be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They used WeChat to communicate easily, and even arranged for an English-speaking staff member to assist me. They truly tried their best, and I felt completely supported the entire time.
Room service was available anytime — I could simply message them on WeChat and they would bring food directly to my room. That level of convenience was amazing, especially since there are no nearby stores. You do rely heavily on the kitchen and staff — but honestly, that’s not a problem because they are so attentive and accommodating.
Breakfast was served from 8:00 to 10:00 every morning, and the staff kindly reminded me daily. They offered traditional Chinese breakfast options. On my first day, I had a comforting bowl of ramen, and on the second and third days, I enjoyed the buffet area. For lunch and dinner, they also offered Western options. At one point, when I had a sudden sugar craving, they even made me sweet potato pancakes that weren’t on the menu — just to accommodate me! That personal touch meant so much.
A must-try experience is horseback riding — and if you can, bring a carrot for the horse! It adds to the charm of the stay.
Overall, I would absolutely do this trip again. The service was genuinely 10/10, the setting was beautiful, and the staff made the experience unforgettable.
