We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team. There was healthy tea available for guests in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. Even the security guards were helpful and happy to provide information – they even rushed to help carry our luggage down the steps. Breakfast was served in the library, which has a beautiful decoration and a wide selection of food. The best part of our stay, however, was the hotel's thoughtful service. They helped my daughter – who is currently in London – order a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to me in the room for Mother's Day. I had no idea about this arrangement. Shortly after we checked in, reception knocked on my door with the flowers. What a pleasant surprise! It's truly impressive that such great customer service can be delivered even online. Highly recommended!

Hotel was very clean and nice. The amenities were wonderful, we enjoyed the gym and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip to China. The location was close to CC mall, however as described in the description we thought it would be closer. It was also far from other things to see in Urumqi, and needed to get didi everywhere. The room was not cleaned each day, and seemed to be difficult to get our room cleaned daily. Other than that, it was a good stay and comfortable hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and approachable. We were especially impressed by the security guard, who thoughtfully offered us drinks while we were waiting in the lobby for our transport. Such proactive hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The counter staff were extremely helpful with our queries. I also loved the lobby, which was beautifully designed with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasant place to sit and unwind while waiting or simply taking a short break. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The towels and drinking cups were individually packed in sealed bags, giving us added confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The complimentary self-service laundry facilities, complete with washers, dryers, and steam irons, were a huge convenience, especially for longer stays. The nightly porridge supper was another thoughtful touch that added great value to our stay. We used it on the last stay after many days of Xinjiang food. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of food options within walking distance, and it is easy to get around the city by Didi. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, and convenient location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi.

The staff are very helpful, we couldn't find any money exchanges around, but one male receptionist kindly changed money for us at a fair rate, we appreciated. There's a shopping building just at the corner across from the hotel, we loved the food market inside there, they have varieties of food such as fresh fruit, veges, bread, cakes and everything! I liked their breakfast, not too much, not too little, freshly cooked local meals in buffet style, enjoyed eating the congee with a little seasoning. They have toast with nice flavoued jam and marmalade as well, it was more than enough❤️ We also slept very well, quiet and comfortable.

L'hôtel est très économique, avec un étage élevé et une vue sur les montagnes au loin de la ville d'Urumqi. Le lever du soleil est magnifique. Prise en charge gratuite à l'aéroport en véhicule utilitaire Mercedes-Benz, dépose gratuite à l'aéroport pour Tesla modèle X, plein de styles ! Les deux chefs qui ont déposé et récupéré à l'aéroport étaient très gentils et ont donné aux gens le sentiment d'une vie heureuse et satisfaisante. La beauté à la réception est très belle et l'attitude du service est très bonne. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes et élégantes. Je pense que ce prix est vraiment une bonne affaire. L'emplacement est très pratique : il faut environ 10 yuans pour prendre un taxi jusqu'à Hotan 2nd Street et 20 yuans jusqu'au Grand Bazar. Il faut moins de dix minutes à pied jusqu'à Wanda Plaza à côté, ce qui est très pratique.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. C'est un endroit très convivial et détendu. Le quartier est également très agréable. À quelques minutes en voiture de la gare, on y trouve de nombreux restaurants, épiceries et marchés. Ce qui a éveillé mon intérêt pour cette auberge, c'est que la salle de bain est en bas et la chambre à l'étage. Ainsi, on n'entend pas les bruits des autres qui vont aux toilettes et les lumières ne nous réveillent pas. Et en réalité, c'était vraiment bien ! J'ai aussi apprécié l'absence de produits de toilette à usage unique ni de bouteilles d'eau, ce qui évite beaucoup de déchets. Les lits et la literie sont très confortables si on est seul dans la couchette. Si vous avez un voisin, le lit tremble à chaque mouvement, ce qui est un peu gênant. Malheureusement, il n'y a qu'une seule grande lumière, donc dès que quelqu'un a besoin de lumière, toute la pièce est éclairée. Une suggestion serait d'installer plusieurs lumières moins puissantes ou de mettre des rideaux sur tous les lits. Comme beaucoup de gens ne savent pas ce qu'il faut pour être considéré comme tel, les rideaux éviteraient probablement bien des ennuis. Je reviendrai certainement quand je serai à Ürümqi !

Alex, the lady from reception was so helpful and courteous. She was all smiles and made us feel very welcome. When she found out that I was an IHG member, she offered me a bottled welcome drink, From 6pm to 2am, the hotel offered free beef noodles and wanton soup (not sure whether this was based on room type). Food was good, but the server/cook on the night of 15 October was a nightmare. He was unhappy when we disturbed him to ask for a bowl of noodles. All he was interested in was to play on his handphone. He shouted at a guest who was trying to be helpful by returning used bowls and utensils. Honestly, he should not be working in the hospitality industry. The hotel is located in a residential area with no restaurants or shops nearby, but it is clean and modern. Wanda mall is about 2km away. We walked there.

Grand hôtel. Configuration de la salle de bain inhabituelle. Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de nourriture chinoise à choisir. Le personnel était très utile et amiable et facile à communiquer avec via wechat pour des fins de traduction. Choisissez le musée, un magasin et un supermarché.

Installations : Bien équipées, avec quelques appareils de fitness. Hygiène : Correcte, propre et bien rangée ; les couvertures sont changées après chaque client. Environnement : Correct ; une rue commerçante avec restaurants se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, les taxis sont facilement accessibles et l’établissement est situé à proximité du Wanda Plaza, dans la zone de développement économique. Service : Très enthousiaste.
