C'est la deuxième fois que je viens à Zhucheng et que je travaille chez Yangchun International. Le service est toujours aussi chaleureux et attentionné. En quittant le magasin, ils ont soigneusement préparé des fruits, de l'eau potable, des serviettes en papier et des livres d'images pour enfants😄 pour que le voyage de retour des enfants ne soit pas ennuyeux. The decoration of the hotel is luxurious. It is nice that they have people who help you with luggage. The room is average--not very big, carpeted, and a little humid. The bathroom had a sewer smell that was more apparent once in a while which made it unpleasant to be in the bathroom. We booked a private room for dinner and asked for a menu beforehand but only got the menu as they were serving the first dishes. We also never got a fruit plate at the end of the meal as they had noted on the menu they finally gave us. When checking out, we informed a staff member that we had accidentally broke a cup from the bathroom and the staff seemed more concerned than the item was damaged and asked if we were hurt as more of an afterthought. She also admitted that they were aware that their placement of the cup was precarious in the first place (on a slippery counter), which indicates that they are aware of this danger but have not done anything to mitigate the chances of an accident. For one basic glass cup, we had to pay an additional 60rmb.

The food served was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. The room is clean, the air conditioner heats well in winter, daily cleaning of the room, change of bed linen and towels. There is everything necessary for life in this hotel. Special thanks to the guys at the reception, responsive young people, helped with all questions, and even accepted parcels. The hotel smells good, no smell of cigarettes, new furniture, everything is clean and perfectly good. I was shocked by such a wonderful hotel. I have been coming to China on business trips for 5 years now. I have been to most of the cities of China, and I can say that in Weifang this is the best hotel in all of China. The hotel has around 8 rooms surrounding two courtyards so it’s fairly big for an old style home in the ancient town. The rooms are spacious except one which is small and has large Windows instead of walls The main complaint I have is that there is no floor heating despite being assured there was so the AC heater had to be kept on all night the bathroom is also freezing during the night unless you keep the door open. The reception area has a distinct smell of tobacco that is off putting The location is within the old town but on the periphery so there’s a fair bit to walk to get to the shops restaurants. Nevertheless, apart from the floor heating the place is good value and the staff are helpful as I was given an extra duvet without complaint when I asked.

Breakfast offered a decent variety, and the common areas were tidy and welcoming. Though there were a few minor areas for improvement—such as [insert if needed: soundproofing, Wi-Fi strength, or variety in amenities]—overall, I was very satisfied with the service and accommodations. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were the most helpful warm and friendly hotel people we have ever seen in China. And they also gave my wife a small birthday gift which was a nice surprise. The room was huge with a nice layout, totally clean and modern simple Chinese style design. We chose this place for the idea of a hot pool in the room. It was also unexpectedly bigger that we thought, although a very basic simple design. The water was already prepared by the staff while were having dinner. Although it was an ok experience in the pool, we felt it was not really hot enough and it seemed to have no option to adjust it. We also thought such a pool would have the bubble jet option but that also did not seem to be. As we had to translate the control panel maybe we did not see other options but everything seemed to be a preset automatic one option. Although there are signs about the tiles around the pool about being slippery it felt very uneasy getting out trying not to slip and my wife did slip a little. Some kind of non slip surface on the stairs would be a big improvement. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with plenty of options. Mostly because of how friendly and good the staff were we plan to return in the warmer months to try a cabin.
