TTigeyI very much liked my stay here, the room was clean and peaceful, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had everything I needed, and the hotel location was good as it was near Dingsheng Plaza and also along a north-south main road that many major routes in the city travel on. The front desk staff spoke no English, and I only speak very basic Mandarin, but they were able to still fully assist me and help me check in and check out, especially Yun Zhan (云湛), who explained everything with hand gestures and simple words and demonstrated how to do some things too. Thank you very much! This was the first time I stayed at an Atour hotel but I was impressed and would definitely stay here or at another Atour hotel again. There was also free laundry but I did not know how to use it and it was outside the room and down a busy elevator so I never tried it in the end. :D
There are very few negatives and most of them are not fixable. One is that I did not like that the toilet was in another room from the bathroom, as I use all of them together and so I had to go back and forth between the two rooms a lot. A second that can be negative for some people is that there was a lot of honking from vehicles, 24 hours a day. However, I actually liked this because the sound was muted, so there was a ”far away busy city” vibe that made me happy. Lastly, the free night time porridge was very watery and not nice at all when I tried it.

Entouré de nombreux commerces et restaurants, l'hôtel est idéal pour se restaurer et faire du shopping. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcome with their attentive and friendly service. They were always on hand to answer questions and assist with any requests I had. The room itself was impressively spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I was delighted to find complimentary fruits and desserts delivered every night, a lovely thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. Additionally, the cleaning staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring that everything was spotless and that my needs were met without hesitation. The hotel’s amenities were exceptional, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property.

IInvitéL'hôtel Jinhuihuang est situé en plein cœur du centre-ville animé de Zhanjiang. Ses restaurants au rez-de-chaussée lui confèrent une certaine renommée locale. Le quartier regorge de boutiques. À deux kilomètres de la baie, il fait face au port militaire de Zhanjiang. Les chambres sont propres et l'atmosphère élégante. C'est l'hôtel quatre étoiles le plus abordable de Zhanjiang, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

i) When we arrived at this hotel, the lady receiptionist gave a warm welcome and ask us to leave a contact number becuase if we left behind somethings, she can called us immediately when checking out. We are Malaysians and do not have the China telephone number, instead i gave my Wechat contact to her for easy communication. The second day while we are on the train from Zhanjiang West to Haikou, we received a message from the receiptionist saying that one package of souvenir was left behind. She done all the trouble to pack nicely the souvenir and looking for the fastest courier service to our hotel in Haikou as we will be leaving China in two days.
Thank you lady, your service is the best and we have received the package the night before departure. Although the souvenir is not costly, but your service warm our heart. We wish your hotel be proseprous in the near future.
ii) On the day of arrival, we went to the next street to have late lunch and sudden rain came. The lady receiptionist offer to send umbralla to us.
iii) During check out, she assisted us to book transport to the train station.
The hotel room is not big but it is nicely set up. There are plenty of foods outlets along the street and at night the place is busy with many food stalls/hawkers just infront of the hotel.

CChag3Je ne suis resté que quelques heures dans cet hôtel, donc mon avis reste limité.
L’établissement est situé à proximité de la gare, ce qui permet de s’y rendre facilement à pied, un point pratique pour un court passage.
Comme souvent en Chine, la salle de bain ne dispose ni de receveur, ni de bac, ni de rideau de douche, ce qui fait que tout le sol se retrouve mouillé après utilisation.
Le matelas était extrêmement dur et peu confortable.
L’insonorisation est également insuffisante : on entend facilement les bruits extérieurs, mieux vaut prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles.

IInvitéBooked for 2 nights from April 29 to May 1 with the intention of booking a train ticket to Haikou on May 1.
Owing to the day being peak holiday in China, I was unable to get a ticket until May 3 with boarding time at 2200 hr.
The receptionist checked and allowed me to booked the extra 2 nights at the same rate as my earlier booking.
She granted permission to check out on the last day at 3 pm and stow my luggages until 6 pm. This has saved me the booking for an extra night.
The location is ideal for travellers. It located right in front of pedestrian mall which has a wide variety of international foods, foods from various Chinese provinces, Japanese, Korean and westerns, all at prices far below those in Guangzhou, Guangdong Shenzhen, Chaozhou,
It's 15 mins walk to the old town where iconic ancient wells are located on narrow lanes between colonial buildings, and assorted delicious foods.
The hotel is just RMB 20 by DIDI to Jinshawan and RMB 30 to the Fisherman Wharf.
The hotel staffs are amazingly polite and helpful.
I will highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

IInvitéLa chambre est propre, chaque fois que je voyage dans le passé, je choisis cette boutique pour prendre une nuit de repos et prendre un bateau dans le passé, je vais aller à l'hôtel un jour, je trouve la chambre propre et propre, climatisation douce, bain d'eau chaude, c'est très confortable, la reception, la sœur est également très belle, chaude, le service est super bon 👍👍👍, La prochaine fois, vous choisirez de vivre ici.
