Hôtels à Province de Tarragone avec parking

The room itself was comfortable and the location was good. We were also aware in advance that the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception and relies on a self check-in kiosk, which we were prepared for and had no issue with in principle. However, our experience became extremely stressful when the kiosk was unable to recognise a valid booking. We arrived close to 10pm after delays on our high-speed rail journey. Despite having a confirmed reservation via Trip.com, the kiosk could not locate our booking — neither by surname nor by booking reference. We tried every possible option for over 45 minutes late at night, with no access to staff support. With no alternative, we were forced to book and pay for an additional room on the spot just to have somewhere to sleep, leaving our original (already paid-for) room unused. By the time we finally checked in, all nearby restaurants were closed and we went without dinner. The following morning, resolving this issue was equally frustrating. There was no reception until midday, meaning we had to wait around and lose a large part of our day. When we eventually spoke to the front desk, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the distress caused. Instead, responsibility was deflected onto the third-party booking platform, despite the fact that the kiosk is designed to work with either a booking number or a guest’s name. Only after firmly explaining that the kiosk failure had forced us to spend nearly €100 on an extra night did the issue seem to register. While the additional night was eventually refunded, the lack of empathy and accountability left a lasting negative impression. It’s a shame, as the hotel itself has potential. Unfortunately, due to how this situation was handled, I would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone arriving outside normal reception hours.

Generally, it was 3 star experience. Advantages: good cleaning service, buffet food was okay most of the time, hotel is located very close to the sea. The biggest disadvantage is an “all inclusive”, it is definitely not comparable with Turkish all inclusive. First of all, visitors who paid for all inclusive are not getting anything in mini-bar, not even a water. You can get water from the bar from a water cooler, but you have to have your own bottle. Also, their “all inclusive” does not include a lot of drinks from the bar, and restaurant near the main bar and in front of the sea. The “all inclusive” ice cream is a joke, instead of the normal ice cream you are getting a smallest version of only 2 or 3 basic ice creams, for all other ones you need to pay. Also, the “snack bar” is located outside of the hotel, food itself was not too bad, but pretty basic, the area was very small and near the children’s swimming pool. For the beach towels you need to give 10€ deposit in cash, and if you want sun lounger with umbrella on the beach you need to pay 25€ for one day use. The hotel bar on the beach is also non “all inclusive”. So, out of all hotel locations you only can use your all inclusive benefit in 2 bars and 1 “snack bar” + buffet. Overall, hotel is not bad but not good. Would only recommend to go there with option bed+breakfast, and pay for the rest meals and drinks. It will be cheaper and you will not feel like an outsider or beggar, going around the hotel asking where you can eat. Because that how we felt exactly. P.S. Russian lady in the adults only bar was providing an amazing service and was very helpful and kind :)

J’ai obtenu l’hôtel El Paso à la roulette, et c’est déjà la deuxième fois que j’y séjourne… et j’aime toujours autant ! L’endroit est propre, la décoration est vraiment réussie et totalement dans le thème, ce qui donne beaucoup de charme à l’hôtel. Les chambres sont chaleureuses, on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Le buffet est de bonne qualité malgré l’affluence : il y a du choix, c’est varié et bien organisé. Rien à redire de ce côté-là. Le parc est vraiment top, et surtout à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel, ce qui est super pratique pour profiter au maximum du séjour. En plus, grâce au site Trip, j’ai pu bénéficier d’une belle réduction, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

L'hôtel était facile à trouver et extrêmement confortable. Les lits étaient moelleux et la chambre spacieuse. L'hôtel ressemblait à un complexe hôtelier tout près de la mer. Il avait l'air très luxueux et était très propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Je le recommande vivement. Le service client était disponible en anglais.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

L'hôtel est bien. Les installations sont adéquates et l'établissement est propre. Concernant la chambre, le seul point à améliorer est la baignoire. Elle est très haute et sans revêtement antidérapant ; elle pourrait s'avérer dangereuse. Le matelas était confortable. Le restaurant propose un buffet dont le choix n'est pas très varié, mais qui est correct ; on y trouve de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts. Je tiens à souligner l'excellente politique en matière d'allergies. Je suis allergique aux crustacés, et si vous en informez le personnel (à l'hôtel et dans le parc), ils font particulièrement attention à ce que vous mangez. Ils proposent même un menu spécial. Un point négatif, à mon avis, est la salle de sport. Il n'y avait ni serviettes, ni tapis, ni fontaine à eau. De plus, l'une des machines à poulie était en panne et il n'y avait pas d'haltères. Je comprends que cette salle ne soit pas très fréquentée, mais fournir des serviettes, des tapis et une fontaine à eau ne coûterait pas grand-chose à l'hôtel. C'est le genre de chose qui peut être améliorée avec un petit budget.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

Avant de partir, nous ne nous attendions pas à autant de monde. On avait l'impression que tout l'Europe s'était rué à PortAventura. L'hôtel offrait des entrées gratuites pour PortAventura et Ferrari World, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner et le dîner, ce qui en faisait un excellent rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel ressemble à un complexe hôtelier, dispersé dans le hall, offrant une certaine intimité. Il y a deux grandes piscines peu profondes, parfaites pour les enfants. Nous avons bu un verre au restaurant-bar adjacent. La chambre du premier étage était la meilleure, avec une petite terrasse juste devant et à proximité de la piscine. Nous y avons passé deux nuits et c'était plutôt agréable. L'hôtel est un peu loin du parc, mais nous avons trouvé un chemin qui nous y a conduit. Le parc est immense, avec de nombreuses attractions et des montagnes russes amusantes, mais il peut être un peu bondé. Le parc ne fournit pas d'eau en bouteille et nous n'avons pas pu boire l'eau du robinet. L'eau en Europe est très calcaire, et une bouteille de 330 ml coûte 3 euros, ce qui est assez cher. L'enregistrement s'effectue jusqu'à 15h00 et il n'y a pas de consigne à bagages gratuite ; vous devez payer vos propres bagages.

L'hôtel a besoin d'une réforme urgente. Déjeuner avec des produits de très faible qualité. Les jus, le café et les chauds sont horribles. Bonne location. Bonne attention à la réception. Pendant le petit déjeuner, l'absence de personnel en général. Chambre avec meubles très anciens.
