OOlgaI really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere

Cchristophe jean alexandregood points : superb hotel quiet and clean, 200m from the beach, beside the pedestrian street with all restaurants and coffee. the swimming pool is small but enough to refresh. Bad points : check-in 16h00 to 20h00. check out 8am to 11am... you get 19h max but you still pay for 24h.... opening of swimming pool in the morning when you need to check out. and really too few parking places..... in season, you need to turn in the area untill you are lucky enough to find one. yes, i know, you can do nothing about it, but that's a fact.

UUtilisateur anonymeJuste à côté du château de Carcassonne, la marche était très pratique. Le bar de l'hôtel est ouvert à 2 heures de la nuit, il y a un grand écran à mettre la Coupe européenne pour regarder la balle avec vous.

IInvitéWe did not receive advice that the the hotel cannot be accessed by car, so Satnav is not helpful. It was almost 9pm when we left the airport 11minutes away by car, but we did not arrive until 90 minutes, within the traffic-free old city. Phone calls to the hotel (separate phones, several occasions) connected us to a Tesla Charging number(we had a VW hire car|) or an Agent Immobilier. By asking local people on the street and in a restaurant, we eventually arrived at a secure hotel carpark with electronic code access, a young man appeared as he was locking up for the night. He told us we were lucky to find him there. We parked and were transported by him via a circuitous and improbable route through the fortifications. Why were we not given directions to this car park and why was this system not explained to us? Diabolical!

JJdechWe had Jean's room, which is spacious with a window facing the medieval city wall that is lit up at night. All the amenities are clean. You get a cup of champagne upon arrival and the breakfast is a communal experience as you fill the area with the other guests. I have already recommended this place to friends if they visit the city. Great ambiance for couples.

壁はそんなに分厚くないけどゲストが静かで熟睡出来た
私が泊まった日は13,000円程度でした。
残念な点
私の泊まった31号室はWi-Fiがほぼ使えなかった
系列のホテルでチェックインする必要があるらしく、他の新規ゲスト（多分フランスの方）も「ホテルが開かない」っ て迷ってた。
注意点
ドライヤーは洗面台の下にあるんだけど、コードが短いので便座に座って乾かすタイプで大爆笑しました。風量あるのですぐ乾きました（笑）

MMaeva&MarcelNous avons séjourné dans cet hotel comme une étape à Narbonne, très facilement accessible pour rejoindre les axes routiers, à 5/7 min du centre ville de Narbonne en voiture. L’hôtel est plus que correct pour le prix, récemment rénové pour passer au niveau d’un 3 étoiles. La chambre est propre, salle de bain neuve. Un bon hôtel de passage. L’hôtel se situe au milieu d’une zone commerciale, mais reste calme et tranquille. Petit déjeuner correct et diversifié.

IInvitéFijn hotel, lobby is minder aantrekkelijk voor 4 sterren hotel maar het uitzicht vanaf balkon voorkant/ontbijtzaal/restaurant/rooftopterras maakt alles goed, kamers zijn fijn en ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid, er was zelfs tortilla en gebakken groenten

IInvitéLe centre de Carcassonne est situé à 20 euros, à 10 euros, à l'aéroport, à proximité de l'aéroport, à proximité de la piscine, mais aussi à l'extérieur.
La chambre double standard était fine, propre, adéquate. Et nous avons une duvet! Une lumière, juste pour le temps à l'époque. Le service était fine, le petit déjeuner était super. Un peu stressé, bien que à l'heure indéfinie de l'arrivée du taxi à l'aéroport le matin. Réservé par récepteur. Mais totalement bon et de grande valeur! 👍

Mauvaise odeur dans les chambres et les canalisations.
Le rideau de douche est à changer car il y a des fuites.
L'eau était délicieusement chaude. Toutes les commodités étaient présentes dans la chambre.
Sauf les ustensiles de cuisine.
Emplacement idéal en dehors de la Cité et pour les promenades le long de la Seine.
À 20 minutes à pied de la place de la Ville Basse.
La vue depuis les fenêtres donne l'impression d'être à la campagne.
Belles et grandes fenêtres.
