Hôtels à Pas-de-Calais avec parking

Hotel de bon standing. Chambre un peu dense et petite mais de qualité. Les espaces communs sont sympathiques mais disposés de manière un peu bizarre.

I’m really not sure how to review this one night stay. The room itself once we finally got in, was decent. Good shower, very comfy bed, good location, good parking. However, we turned up just before 6pm and we got into our room around 8.15pm. During the middle part of this, we got very wet trying to get a reply from the ‘hotel’ buzzer, spent a lot of money on phone calls to the ‘owner/manager’ and thought a lot about where else we could stay overnight because we were clearly not going to get into the hotel we had booked. It was a complete mess. No response from the buzzer and no response from the 2 phone numbers we were given. Having made 20+ calls, we eventually got a call back with lots of (quite complex) instructions on how to get our key, where the room was located (different location) and - specifically because I asked how to get through the gate of the new location - an explanation as to how to actually get into the car park entrance to our room. This really isn’t what you want for a one night stay when you’ve driven 300 miles that day. Breakfast is not a buffet - as advertised when we booked - but a few random bits in your room. I have no idea if these are changed for the next guest. Trip.com couldn’t or wouldn’t help - I’m really not sure - and the owner was not contactable. I’ve had no apology since. The explanation we were given as we stood outside in the rain was that the person ‘had been in a meeting’. They may need to review their reception processes. The reason I’m not giving this a one-star review is because the person who finally rang us to tell us what to do, was lovely and the room was pretty good (air con needed, but otherwise a good room).

Endroit parfait à proximité j’ai passer un agréable moment avec ma femme . Je conseille fortement cet établissement, personnel serviable souriant , rare de nos jours .

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel SPA, personnel agréable et petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Il y a une heure de SPA inclus par jour, attention cependant il faut réserver le créneau (ce qui finalement évite de blinder le SPA et permet de se relaxer).

Nice location however the hotel car park it is not well signposted. Average breakfast for the price. No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Les chambres sont bien réparées et meublées. La chambre était au 2ème étage avec vue sur la prairie avant et était bien équipée avec un grand lit confortable , bien que la chambre était petite avec un fauteuil et sans réfrigérateur ou climatisation de surface de travail , mais ventilateur disponible . La salle de bain en suite n'a pas de cortina de douche et un goût désagréable de drains non inhabituel pour la France. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été inclus mais une bonne disposition continentale avec l'ajout d'œufs et de sauces en grains. Ce soir est superbe, mais très limitée. Exquise présentation et service. Bon établissement dans une belle localisation. Je recommanderais très fort.

Location wise this hotel could not be faulted. Excellent location. Close to everything you could possibly need. Room. Very small. And the shower cubicle even smaller. Anyone with a larger frame would really struggle. (We were on the third floor don’t know if that makes a difference) There was literally hardly any space to move. If you dropped something you would need to be careful you didn’t crack your head. Also there was no window in the bathroom so by the end of our four nights it was beginning to smell a bit funky. I feel the cleaning left a lot to be desired. When we arrived there was lots of dust/dirt in the corner of the bedroom. The sort when you rub it with your shoe it balls up. This stayed for the duration. I think also the pillows could do with an upgrade. They were very uncomfortable. We didn’t eat at the hotel. I think it was reasonably priced considering the location. All in all though our stay was a good one. It was a beautiful place and we would return again. Just maybe not at the Red Fox.

L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 minutes en voiture de la sortie du tunnel d'Enfà. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h et avons pu nous reposer avant de commencer notre voyage vers le sud de la France le lendemain. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking et un McDonald's juste en face pour le petit-déjeuner.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement idéal à proximité de l'Eurotunnel et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Il est parfait pour les voyageurs recherchant un accès facile. Ce que nous avons apprécié : Personnel : Très accueillant et serviable à l'arrivée. Chambres : Les chambres étaient très propres et étonnamment bien équipées pour un court séjour. Emplacement : On rejoint le terminal en un rien de temps, ce qui réduit considérablement le stress du matin. À noter : Petit-déjeuner : Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu tester le petit-déjeuner car nous devions partir très tôt. Cependant, l'hôtel reste fortement recommandé pour les départs matinaux. Salle de bain : Il a fallu un petit temps d'adaptation pour la douche, ou plutôt, son fonctionnement était un peu particulier, mais tout à fait convenable pour une nuit. Conclusion : Un hôtel solide et propre pour tous ceux qui souhaitent passer une nuit avant de traverser l'Eurotunnel. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

L'hôtel est situé à 23h00, avec la réception fermée. Heureusement, une autre personne avec une carte de crédit a réservé et utilisé sa carte de crédit pour moi en échange de l'argent. La chambre était de base, qui était fine, mais la cuisinière était complètement inadaptée, sans cuisinières de secours disponibles dans la chambre et la réception fermée. La porte de la salle de bain semblait avoir été placée par quelqu'un sans essayer de réparer. Les autres hôtels B&B à proximité sont beaucoup mieux. Aucune installation de thé et de café mais il y avait des points de charge pour les voitures électriques, cependant
