Great place and so close to Gatwick, with its own parking. Owners were really friendly and explained everything like how to come in and out with the door code and how we could use the kitchen or order food in and where the nearest pub was. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom neat and shower hot. We had to leave early for our flight so did not have breakfast but had a perfect one night stay there. Thank you

Excellent séjour, fortement recommandé. Hôtes très confortable. No 3 bus de Gatwick South Terminal s'arrête littéralement en dehors de la propriété. Prix £ 2/person. Grand alternative à séjourner dans la proximité immédiate de l'aéroport.

À Londres, non, au Royaume-Uni, c'était l'endroit le plus propre que j'aie vu, et le personnel était d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Les rideaux de salle de bain, les joints en silicone blanc, et aucune trace de moisissure, même dans les coins ! J'ai un profond respect pour le personnel de ménage. L'hôtel est difficile à trouver. Je recommande vivement de prendre une voiture ou un taxi. Évitez absolument les transports en commun. Le personnel était très aimable à l'arrivée comme au départ, et il n'y avait aucun racisme ! Avant de venir ici, nous avions séjourné dans un hôtel 4 étoiles similaire, et la différence est flagrante ; ici, tout est digne d'un 5 étoiles ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit. Si je reviens un jour au Royaume-Uni, j'y retournerai sans hésiter !

The hotel is rather out of the way but no issues if travelling by car. Check-in was quick, simple and easy. Breakfast was cooked to order and excellent with plenty of choice including fresh fruit, ham, cheese, pastries, cereals and a great cup of coffee from a proper machine. Negatives Sadly there is no option for evening meals meaning having to drive into Crawley to get dinner. The bar is supposedly open until 11pm however when I went to it around 9.30pm the reception which doubles up as bar and breakfast area was dark with the only light on being the reception desk light, so very unwelcoming and not conducive to wanting a drink. The main part of the hotel is solidly built however I was in the annex at the back which has a number of rooms backing onto each other. The stud walls are incredibly thin and it felt like the people in the adjoining room were in mine, so note to oneself, if ever staying there again, make sure that the room is in the main part of the hotel.

Squeaky floors, old carpets (hold a certain smell no matter how much you hoover them), main bed ok, my boy’s bed not great, the fan in the bathroom noisy… 🆚 money. 3 star is a fair review

The hotel was too far from the Airport, the room was moderate but there was no facility for a disable person to use the bathroom. The bathroom has no heating which made it very hot. They do not allow customer to take food into the room as they don’t offer room services. The staffs were very respectful.
