IInvitéThis is an excellent hotel which met our needs in full.
It is fantastically situated directly across from Piraeus Station giving easy access to Athens sights as well as both Olympiacos and Panathinaikos football Stadiums It is also adjacent to the Port for ferries to the islands
The hotel staff from front desk to cleaners to breakfast were super friendly, helpful and accommodating and are a credit to the hotel. The breakfast itself is absolutely lovely and has a range of very tasty items both hot and cold, both sweet and savoury including many traditional treats, all of a very high quality. The room was both functional and comfortable and afforded plenty of space for us both. This and the ensuite with excellent ”rain shower” were modern, stylish, spacious and well maintained. The toiletries provided were of a high standard and additionally complimentary bottles of mineral water were provided.
The area as a whole has like anywhere, it's plusses and minuses but we found it generally safe, pleasant, lively at times but not excessively so, with a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, kiosks and more in the immediate vicinity and and an even wider range in the neighborhood in general. There are also some worthwhile sights nearby in Piraeus itself and the hotel serves as a great base for beach lovers with tram stops to the Athens Riviera a few minutes away
All in all this hotel provided us with an excellent and enjoyable stay, offering very good value for money and we would recommend it.very highly indeed.

La chambre était équipée d'une cuisine, d'instruments et d'une cafetière, d'une salle de bain impeccable et d'une vue inoubliable sur l'Akropolis (Parthénon) !!
Le personnel est attentionné, poli, parle parfaitement anglais et a été très serviable. Surtout Lydia, qui mérite la plus haute distinction et la plus haute note que nous puissions donner. Merci d'avoir fait de notre première visite en Grèce un voyage inoubliable. Nous vous recontacterons à notre retour car, nous reviendrons !

Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes.
Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.
Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening.
Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

魅力微風讓我們此次的聖託里尼旅程非常完美，酒店在Oia小鎮，安靜，酒店位置優越，房間乾淨整潔，早餐優秀，在陽台上用早餐，面朝愛琴海，太美了！床也很舒服，是出門那麼久睡得最舒服的地方，工作人員也非常友好，負責人更是熱情友好，事事有迴應，到達的時候在路邊等我們幫忙拿行李，非常周到。因為我們中國人不能下載Whats up😱😓衹能用email 聯繫，但負責人響應非常迅捷，晚上很晚了還在回覆我們的郵件，感受到了真誠負責的服務態度。這個酒店性價比確實非常好，強烈推薦！家庭套房的陽台非常贊

ぱぱぱラッチJ'y ai passé 3 nuits lors d'un voyage d'affaires. Une courte promenade vous mènera au Pardenon et au Musée de la Nouvelle Acropole. L'emplacement est également excellent, avec de nombreux restaurants grecs à proximité.
Tout le monde à la réception de l'hôtel était sympathique. L'espace du restaurant du petit-déjeuner n'est pas très grand, mais vous pourrez prendre votre repas dans une atmosphère détendue.
La taille de la pièce permet de passer un moment de détente. La pression de l'eau dans la douche était bonne, mais j'ai été déçue de constater qu'il n'y avait pas de robinet dans la baignoire et que je ne pouvais donc pas prendre de bain.
L'ascenseur était rétro et dégageait une atmosphère agréable, mais d'un autre côté, il fonctionnait lentement. Même s'il est à l'opposé d'un hôtel moderne, je pense que c'est un très bon hôtel pour passer un moment de détente dans un hôtel historique en Europe.

SSarah JanesThis place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example).
The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible.
Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log.
Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense.
Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

JJonesEdwardOur first trip to Europe, so there were things that I imagine are very European. Tiny elevators and key card access to power your room were a first for us. We were only there for one night before leaving on a cruise, but overall I was very happy with our stay. The front desk check in was excellent and the breakfast spread was outstanding. The loud returning guest at 1:30 in the morning were the only irritant, and that was bad guests and not the hotels fault.

UUwe HolgerLes photos promettent plus que ce que l'hôtel propose. Tout est un peu usé. Si vous avez une chambre côté rue, c'est assez bruyant. Il n'y a pas de savon à vaisselle, d'éponge ou quoi que ce soit d'autre dans la cuisine. Soutien du personnel zéro. L'accès à Internet est également lent
Dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix ne convient pas du tout

墾墾丁的海，大灣Le personnel de l'hôtel, de la réception au service d'entretien en passant par le personnel du petit-déjeuner, était très sympathique et accueillant. Je le recommande vivement.
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner n'offrait pas un large choix, mais il était plus que correct et nutritif. Le prix, le service chaleureux et la nourriture offraient un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je le recommande vivement !
L'emplacement est également excellent, tout près du métro, ce qui permet de se rendre facilement à pied au supermarché, à Monastiraki et aux magasins. Prendre le métro pour l'aéroport était également un jeu d'enfant !
Les Grecs sont incroyablement accueillants ! Les supermarchés sont également très honnêtes.
Contrairement à l'Espagne, où certains supermarchés affichent des prix erronés ou surévalués, cela démontre l'honnêteté et l'attitude amicale du personnel des supermarchés grecs d'Athènes envers les étrangers !
Les Espagnols sont incroyablement accueillants et accueillants. À l'exception du supermarché près de l'hôpital Saint-Paul, qui était horrible, je ne recommande pas d'y acheter quoi que ce soit. Tout le reste en Espagne était merveilleux !
Les transports en commun espagnols sont bien indiqués, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour voyager en toute autonomie ! Heureusement, la gentillesse des Grecs a compensé nos inquiétudes concernant notre manque de compréhension du grec.
Conclusion :
Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour vos voyages en Espagne, en France, en Italie et en Grèce.
Les gens sont incroyablement sympathiques et accueillants !

PPuay Teck OngThe exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time. All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly.
None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly.
The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling. The bathroom has no hook for the handheld shower head so not so convenient to have a shower, the water also not always hot enough.
The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though the dial was set to cold and it made the room so more warmer and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel reviews seem to suggest this is one of the common issue people has been complaining about for more than 10 years!!!! I ended up open all the windows to cool the room down and this invited traffic noise all night long.
The hotel has been neglected for way too many years and surprisingly still in business????
