Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊 The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay. And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special. But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help. That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it. A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono. Ramdan, Roma, Hali, the concierge team, the duty manager and every member of the staff who took care of us: you made a lasting impression on our family, and you deserve all the praise. ❤️ We would happily return to Gaia, and we will remember the people here long after we leave.

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung. The location is excellent—very strategic and close to Braga Street, restaurants, and many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The service was outstanding. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing family stay. One of the highlights was definitely the food. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and we really enjoyed every meal. A special thank you to the team for the complimentary slices of cake to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful surprise, and we truly appreciate the kind gesture. It made our celebration even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose Crowne Plaza Bandung again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

L'hôtel est un hôtel classique, élégant et bien entretenu, avec un lobby spacieux qui donne une bonne première impression. La chambre était confortable et propre, avec une vue agréable sur la ville. Le lit était confortable et a été facile à reposer après une journée pleine d'exploration de Bandung. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner a été très bien réservé aux choix locaux et internationaux. L'hôtel est très confortable, avec facile accès aux attractions et aux zones de shopping à Bandung. En général, Aryaduta Bandung offre une bonne valeur pour un séjour confortable et fiable. Il ne peut pas être ultramoderne, mais il fournit bien le confort, le service et la convenance. Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

L'endroit était agréable, mais il n'y avait pas de douchette hygiénique dans les toilettes. Le jour de l'arrivée, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hôtel à plusieurs reprises, mais personne n'a répondu. Heureusement, à notre arrivée à l'appartement, un réceptionniste/gardien a pu nous aider pour l'enregistrement. Le lendemain, nous avons demandé au gardien de contacter l'hôtel/PIC pour obtenir le mot de passe du Wi-Fi.

We booked a room for family and also ordered extra bed so the room could accomodate for 5 people and it was large enough to still have extra space for luggages and praying. The cleanliness was on top and the amenities were complete. The front desk was also very kind in accepting our request of luggage keeping and extra bed and breakfast, and the location of the hotel is also really close to Tol Pasteur, so I would totally love to visit again. Nearby is also full of food and restaurants!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.
