A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

羅羅希Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

AAkhil GargJ'ai eu un séjour fantastique à Regenta Place Amritsar, où le service exceptionnel et la situation principale ont fait la différence. Le personnel a réellement montré qu'ils étaient incroyablement utiles et agréables, allant au-dessus et au-delà pour assurer une expérience aisée, de l' entrée rapide sans problème à la prise en charge rapide de toutes les besoins qui se sont produits . Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables, offrent un repos relaxant après un jour de visite, et le restaurant sur place a servi de délicieux repas avec une grande variété d'options . Le centre de l'hôtel est situé à proximité du Temple d'Or et d'autres attractions clés qui ont fait que la ville se trouve sans effort.

IInvitéI reached the destination using maps. It's location is on the main road to airport. Very easy to access. It is newly launched only less than one year of operation. Building, rooms are well maintained, staff is very cooperative. But due to non availability of dormitry, the driver have to stay outside the hotel. This service must be started.

IInvitéThe hotel had its pros and cons. While the food was delicious and the room was clean, the location was marred by a nearby drainage issue. The room interior and rooftop pool were great, but bird nesting caused disturbances. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was nice, making for a mostly enjoyable stay.

IInvitéOurs was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

IInvitéUn spectacle incroyable et un grand hôtel. Le personnel est très ami et sort de leur façon d'aider. La nourriture est délicieuse et le petit déjeuner et les buffets de dîner étaient superbes. De nombreuses options végétariennes et la viande sont également disponibles.
Une mention spéciale au *** travaillant au bureau de voyage, appelé Harmeet, il était très utile et organisé par tous nos conducteurs.

IInvitéThe foremost positive point for this hotel has to be it's proximity to the golden temple, second would be their food quality. The rooms have all amenities but the only down side is their service and attentiveness. Both are extremely slow and below the mark. Once this is corrected, i am sure this hotel will be on the bucket list of all visiting amritsar. All in all- a satisfactory stay.
