The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India.
The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing.
There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression.
Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff.
All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

IInvitéThe hotel was not as good as shown in images and room was not well designed. Lift was not working properly. It was expensive according to facilities. But it was at a good location, service was average, cutlery was not properly cleaned, electric ports were not working properly. Ac was too small and not working, and ac remote was also not given we have to use buttons on the ac which can give us a shock

JJanetwyhThe check-in was fast and informative, he confirmed the cab booking to the airport and the price for us by calling to our room, which is very fast too. The bellboy helped us with the luggages and explained the use of hot water, TV and air-conditioning with heater. The room is comfortable and the night views from the balcony was the best. Chairs are provided at the balcony. The room have mini fridge and water boiler, room slippers, clean towels. The bed sheet look worn out but they are clean. The restaurant food are great, we ordered Kadhai Chicken and Gobhi Adraki and we can't help having more serving of Tawa roti to eat with. The mountain view at the restaurant balcony is breathtaking. As our flight was 8.50am, we don't have time for our breakfast, the staff was so wonderful to prepare sandwiches and juices to go. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay.

UUtilisateur anonymeSahil, un des membres du personnel, était très aimable, patient et gentil, même à quelqu'un comme moi qui n'est pas très bon en anglais. Il était toujours rapide à venir et à aider. La location est excellente, et les installations de la salle de bains sont de très nouvelles. Les chambres sont propres sans spot. Vous pouvez commander un service de chambre à partir des délicieux cafés en haut. Bien qu'il y ait des projets et qu'il était un peu froid, je recommande toujours cet hôtel à tout le monde.

PPANCHALIf you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other
