Everything about this property is amazing
Food is good
Service is top notch
Location is excellent
The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it.
My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before.
We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things.
If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in.
And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones.
Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future.
And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

Cherché tous les minutes de l'hébergement, de la check-in sans soudure à l'humilité et extrêmement hospitalité du personnel.
Je suis heureux de choisir Fatehgarh sur les 5 étoiles d'Udaipur pour célébrer mon anniversaire.
La vue 360 remontant, la montée de la lune et le soir.
Il y a 2 piscines dans la propriété, à la fois vue infinie et très propre.
Cherry sur le gâteau, les pratiques durables de la propriété, depuis l'électricité solaire jusqu'au recyclage de l'eau, utilisation de plastique zéro.
La collection de voitures vintage est exquise et la voiture vintage est une expérience devant être essayée avec Mohan Singh.
Mention spéciale à Akshay et Bharath pour rendre notre séjour affligé et mémorable.
Le repas avec vue sur la ville d'Udaipur et le dîner de la lumière de la bougie est surréaliste.
Kudos à la collection de Fateh pour attirer tant d'attention sur les détails dans chaque coin et aspect du resort.

IInvitéRight in the middle of lake with beautifully decorated rooms with marble. Big lavish bathroom with huge tub and shower. We were upgraded to historical heritage suit with attractive lake facing royal sitting arrangement.common areas were befitting to a palace and the staff was highly trained. At night lobby level verandah as well as terraces just gave extraordinary view of the lake and building of the city.food was just superb.only shortcoming was that the AC was not adjusted enough for low temperature and it is a shame for such beautiful high cost hotel that we were advised to keep the fan on.

IInvitéWe chose Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, Udaipur specifically to celebrate our anniversary, but the experience turned out to be disappointing.
Before arrival, we had written via email requesting a complimentary upgrade (only if possible) and shared that it was our anniversary. The hotel assured us that they would do their best, mentioning that they would decorate the room and arrange a cake. However, upon arrival, there was nothing prepared. Later in the evening, a staff member came and asked when we would be going out so that they could decorate the room. We adjusted our plans and gave them time, hoping it would make the occasion special for my wife and child. Unfortunately, even after that, no proper arrangement was done and there was no cake as promised in the email.
The location is quite far from the main city, making it less convenient. The property also did not feel very photogenic as expected.
Food quality was average with limited variety. During breakfast, the restaurant staff was largely inattentive — no one checked on us or asked if our child needed anything. The only exception was Mr. Gulshan and one female staff member who were helpful during dinner.
Before this, we stayed for three days at Trident Udaipur, where the service and food quality were excellent, which made this experience feel even more disappointing in comparison.
Overall, we chose Taj to make our anniversary special, but it did not meet expectations associated with the Taj brand.

IInvitéNous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour au Zana Lake Resort. Les vues du lac Udai Sagar de la chambre étaient tout simplement remarquables. Nous n'avons pas pu, honnêtement, prendre nos yeux. L'ensemble de la propriété a une vibe très pacifique, magnifiquement conçu et bien entretenu.
Le restaurant est entièrement végétarien. Nous avons choisi à la carte et essayé Paneer Tikka Masala pour le déjeuner et Gutta Curry pour le dîner étaient tous deux moyennes.
La piscine est très propre et bien entretenue, et, comme les chambres, elle offre une vue sur le lac.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et avec presque toutes les installations. Un sèche-cheveux est disponible sur demande.

It is not directly on the lake shore, but is separated by a road and a piece of someone's property under construction that spoils the view, especially when the wind blows stronger and lifts the black tarpaulin.
The interior of the hotel is tastefully decorated, in beautiful pastel, calming colors and has that Rajasthani, traditional vibe.
My room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean, with complimentary shower accessories and dental kits and also has a window, so you can enjoy the view while taking a shower. There is generally no noise from the road and you can sleep peacefully, as long as your neighbors in the rooms next to and above your room are mindful of the house rules.
I would especially like to express my gratitude to Mayan who allowed me to check in very early, as soon as I arrived around 8am, without insisting that I wait for the usual check-in time, and who provided me with as many bottles of water as I requested, free of charge.
The view from the restaurant's roof terrace is beautiful at dusk and at night.
If the walls were painted seasonally and the rooms freshened up, it would contribute even more to the overall experience, but even this way you get excellent value for money.

IInvitéLa salle de bains est équipée de Wi-Fi, et la salle de bains a des problèmes de drainage qui provoquent l'accumulation d'eau. Les chambres ne sont pas acoustiques, donc j'ai entendu des combats de couples dans la chambre à côté de moi toute la nuit, qui m'a dérangé le sommeil. Le restaurant a très peu d'options, et la plupart d'entre elles sont non-végétariques, ce qui est un désavantage pour les végétariens comme moi. Je recommande de rechercher d'autres options au même prix.

AAndemonThe AC and WiFi didn’t work on the first whole day at the end day, in the middle of the night had ask someone to visit which took ages to come and later we had ask to change the room as ac and WiFi wasn’t working at. In the second room AC and WiFi works however the minibar didn’t even cool the water at the basic minibar temp we were thirsty dying to drink the cold water, tired of mentioning about things from AC to WiFi and now minibar. Paying such an amount to get this service unexpected. The rooftop restaurant service people doesn’t pay attention, doesn’t matter how many time you call them. The breakfast area neither have AC nor a cold water(you ask for ice cubes), not even sealing fan only two fans in the corner. I don’t think so will again here. The garden is very beautiful.
