IInvitéThe ambience was fabulous and Kaiseki meals astonishing. The room big and comfortable. The price was well deserved. Kagetsu is top notch with their attention to details for their service, food, Onsen baths and more. Don’t hesitate to go there. It’s a dreamlike stay. 🎎

IInvitéA classic old-school modern hotel with ryokan-type service. The room is huge and has excellent views of the river. On a good day, it should be possible to see Mount Fuji as well. There is also big onsen area with an outdoor bath area.
Dinner is served on the ground floor restaurant and it was a delicious multicourse meal which includes really good wagyu steak with wasabi shoyuzuke. Dessert also includes the region's famed grapes. Breakfast was served buffet style with selection of Japanese and western items.
I drove to the hotel with a rental car. It is not too far from a station on a local line but I recommend driving around to explore instead. The patrons to the hotel also seemed more local.

SShanghaihanlv非常棒的一家日式温泉♨️酒店，日式庭園非常精緻，適合拍照打卡的朋友！榻榻米房間不大但是乾淨整潔，設施有點舊了，但是維護保養得很好！早餐和晚餐都非常豐盛！温泉♨️也非常棒，還有特別的足湯！可以去泡腳緩解旅途的疲勞！

GGladys KimotoFor family of 4, the room of this hotel is EXCELLENT! So comfortable, cozy, spacious, clean and safe! Complete with ALL AMENITIES we need, plus they have complementary drinks and snacks, Kid-Safe environment plus the night lights at the backyard of this room is STUNNING!!!! We went to Yamanashi to visit Mt. Fuji and super thankful that we got to stay in this Hotel, 15-20mins drive away from Lake Kawaguchiko, where the best photo spots for Mt. Fuji, they also have in-hotel food and beverages for sale, easy to transact, and would really feel at home because of the Privacy and Security plus Cozy ambiance ☺️ Will definitely come back here!!!

IInvitéDès l'enregistrement, j'ai senti que l'hospitalité était excellente. L'établissement est ancien mais bien nettoyé et le séjour a été confortable. Il y avait une grande variété de nourriture, et je ne dirais pas que c'était particulièrement délicieux, mais c'était quand même assez savoureux. C'est facile d'accès, donc j'aimerais y retourner si j'en ai l'occasion. C'était abordable et d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix, j'étais satisfait.

WWei QiA nice Onsen hotel with hotspring facilities in the building. Book this room as it was the few that was vacant. Rooms are limited on the Saturday. My room is on the 3rd floor and it is right next to the dining hall. We share the corridor is rather noisy till roughly 9pm. Only after dinner and cleaning up is done the noise settle down. If you are one that sleeps early, do book other floors and not this. Onsen is good with indoor and outdoor. My room is spacious and has a toilet. Toilet do not have showers, only a sink. Facilities and amenities are a little old, but still overall a clean place.

트립닷컴에는 기차역에서 여관까지 픽업서비스가 된다고 되어 있어서, 여관에 확인했더니
픽업서비스는 물론 환송 서비스도 없더군요. 여관 주인 부부는 비교적 친절했습니다만.
그리고 여관측에서 트립닷컴에 항의하여, 제게 연락이 와서 10000원 상당의 쿠폰을 준다고 하더니,
말뿐 그 이후 아무런 조치를 취하지않았습니다.
그리고 트립닷컴을 통한 예약(여관에서는 라쿠텐과만 계약이 있다고 하더군요)은 여러가지 가격적인 면에서 손해가 있을수 있습니다.
