Смешанные впечатление, все доброжелательные, но сервис и удобства не соответствуют отельным стандартам. При заселении в номере не работал сейф, не работал пульт от телевизора и был всего один комплект полотенец. И ты вместо отдыха, начинаешь решать какие-то проблемы. И так, вообще-то, каждый день Самое ужасное это отопление - в номере всегда было безумно жарко и душно. Первые дней пять я не спала и были мысли чтобы сменить отель. Нам предложили как решение, каждый раз звонить и они отрегулируют что-то чтобы стало прохладнее, но а) это не помогало б) в какой-то момент нам пришлось звонить в три часа ночи, потому что проснулись от жары - это не похоже на отдых в отеле. В итоге, мы спали с открытым окном, но на улице шумно, поэтому тоже не очень удобно. Ну и классические проблемы: вода в душе сложно настраивается и прыгает температура, все звуки из коридора слышно в номере, нет звукоизоляции и внизу двери щель, неудобные розетки (заряжала часы в коридоре на полу в итоге, потому что у кровати мало розеток, а на консоли они были заняты чайником и телевизором), зато нашла внезапные розетки в шкафу и на стене высоко (там где раньше висел телевизор). Ещё неудобно было узкое одеяно на двоих, из-за этого ночью часто оказывался на по центру кровати на соединении двух матрасов. Наверное лучше было бы 2 отельных в таком случае. При выселении спросили можно ли выселиться в 13-14, потому что в планах было покататься на горе, вернуться в отель чтобы переодеться и сразу поехать в аэропорт. Нам сутки говорили не ясно, не понятно. Мы решили выселиться, утром вытащили все чемоданы, решив что если по приезду наш номер ещё не уберут и он будет свободен попроситься в него, чтобы переодеться и принять душ. Вернувшись, на ресепшн, мы никого не нашли, ждали 10 минут и поскольку нам надо было в аэропорт, грустно пошли переодеваться в уборную на первом этаже и собирать там всю экипировку в чемоданы. После того как мы вышли, мы встретили приветливого работника на ресепшн, который сказал ”о идите в свой номер, я думаю его ещё не убрали”. Спасибо, Но это было очень не своевременно уже. Все, что нам надо было, как клиентам, это четко понимать за день до выселения: а) будет ли нам доступен номер и б) на каких условиях. А так мы сутки продумывали варианты, где нам переодеться после катания, и до последнего не понимали дадут нам доступ в рамки или нет и все закончилось в туалете :( Из плюсов: пока ещё новый интерьер, хорошие завтраки и вообще неплохая еда в ресторане. Расположение удобное для тех кто решил покататься, да центра тоже не очень далеко ( на такси и автобусе) По уборке ничего сказать не могу, мы работали из номера и у нас практически не убирались, потому что мы постоянно было в номере, я пыталась объяснить чтобы пришли после 5, Но потом забила и просто отдавала мусор. В целом персонал доброжелательный , но это совсем не главное, что ты хочешь получить от гостиничного сервиса. За свою стоимость, наверное нормально, не стоит ожидать сервиса какой-то отдельной сети.

Très confortable chambre, Netflix et télévision intelligente, vue très scénique sur la montagne, courte promenade près, très bon petit déjeuner. Très scénique souris et soirée. Bon chien. Confortable et étonnant séjour! IG WORTHY! Avoir même une sauna dans la chambre! Starry night! Con: dîner disponible uniquement dans les restaurants ci-dessous, il faut prendre la voiture par câble. Le temps de la voiture par câble est assez limité. Il faut vérifier plus tôt. J'ai manqué le temps de la voiture par câble, donc je dois attendre la dernière session! Vous pouvez avoir une maladie de haute altitude, préparez une pille de maladie de hauteur Panadol ou de la pille de maladie de hauteur! Abit loin d'y arriver. 1 voiture et 3 voitures à câble! Il est très important de se rendre à l'heure actuelle, mais il est très important de se rendre à l'heure actuelle.

We really liked the location, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants directly next to the accomodation. The host is responsive. The apartment itself is a good size and in a new complex. The wifi is good. However, there are some improvements that we would recommend. Cleanliness needs to be improved - there was dirt on the bed sheet, hair in the shower and drawers, dirty kitchen towels, stained mats in the bathroom, dishes were dirty (needing washing before use) and the inside of the fridge was dirty. Whilst the bed was relatively comfortable, the sheets were too small and didn’t stay on the bed or cover two people. When we booked the accomodation, we picked it due to being able to complete washing; however the washing line on the covered sunroom was full of the hosts linen washing. We had to fold this and put it away to be able to use the facilities we paid for. The amenities are also lacking, there wasn’t any clothes washing liquid/powder (just an empty bottle), the shampoo and conditioner were half used tiny bottles from another hotel, no drinking water, no tea/coffee etc. The kitchen lacks certain things to make basic meals (no pasta strainer) and there is nowhere to put hot pots when you take them off the hot plate. We were also given the wrong room number before our arrival, meaning that we were trying to get into the wrong apartment for 30 mins - after a long travel day this was a bit exhausting. Overall, more attention to detail would help improve this accomodation. We hope this helps the hosts improve.

La chambre était assez grande et très propre. La couette et l'oreiller sont très doux et propres, surtout l'oreiller est très doux et très confortable pour dormir ! Le seul inconvénient est qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel folklorique dans un quartier résidentiel, ce qui est différent du décor et du service fournis par l'hôtel. Le point fort est qu'il est propre et hygiénique, et que le sommeil est confortable. Le premier dépanneur sur votre droite lorsque vous sortez de la porte propose de la restauration rapide chinoise pour un peu plus de 10 yuans, et elle est vendue dans des boîtes pouvant être chauffées, ce qui convient aux goûts chinois.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de l'hôtel, où vous pouvez visiter les attractions, les restaurants, les supermarchés et les zones pédologiques d'Almaty. La chambre était confortable, propre et bien entretenue. Le personnel de la maison a fait un excellent travail tout au long de mon séjour, en veillant à ce que la chambre reste sans place et confortable. Le petit déjeuner offre une grande variété d'options pour commencer le jour et le personnel de l'hôtel était ami, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider avec toute question ou demande. En général, j'ai eu un séjour très agréable et je recommanderais très fortement l'hôtel Almaty à tout le monde qui visite la ville. Je resterai ici avec plaisir pour ma prochaine visite à Almaty.

If you are in Almaty, the best place undoubtedly is Swissotel. It's a beautiful and most stunning resort without a doubt, spread over a few kilometers, with a golf course, lake, woods etc. You can actually spend a couple of days just being there relaxing. This was my 2nd visit to this property in the last 6 months and is in my itenary once every year to experience Almaty and Swissotel. Prior to this I have stayed I have stayed twice in another top brand of the world, but believe me, there is nothing better than Swissotel. My stay at the hotel once again was truly exceptional! The atmosphere is relaxing, elegant, and filled with genuine hospitality. Every detail — from the welcoming smiles at reception to the peaceful ambiance of the thermal area — shows how much care goes into every guest’s experience. Every area and facility in the resort is top class - gym, spa..... And the pool is a combination of amazing experiences. A special mention to Manager Karina, who did her job with excellence and professionalism. I called up the hotel from India for check in formalities and Karina organised it for me and my friends in a flash. She is always on top of everything, ensuring every guest feels special and well taken care of. Her attention to detail and warm attitude perfectly represent the spirit of this hotel. The whole team deserves praise for creating such a wonderful and memorable atmosphere. This place is a true gem and a MUST stay

Place would have been okay, but first of all, there’s no bidet anywhere in this country. The only shattaf spray I found was in a gasoline station restroom. We stayed for 3 nights and the place was generally clean. They did clean our room, though not thoroughly, maybe because the place is a bit old, so even with effort, it doesn’t feel much different. The location is great though, just a short walk to Mega Park, and the area has a nice Korean vibe. There’s even a nearby street where people sing and dance, which was fun to see. The security staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. However, the reception staff were not as warm, a bit intimidating. Even when you ask for help or make a request, they respond decisively without offering other options or solutions. Still, they let us rest in the lobby & stored our luggage when we had to depart late due to our late check-in. Amenities are available but not easily accessible, you have to ask permission first, and it feels like they limit guest access. There’s a small lobby bar and a gym with a sauna, though I didn’t see the hot spring mentioned. Breakfast was basic and the same everyday. I didn’t enjoy it much. Overall, it’s a nice and fairly well-maintained hotel. Installing shattaf sprays would be a huge improvement! The location is good, rooms are maintained, and I really appreciated the security staff. But after this first experience, probably wouldn’t stay again.

San. node est dans une situation détestable. Dans la cabine de douche, le stylo est rempli, lorsque le nettoyage n'est pas éliminé. La cranie du mélangeur dans la douche est fermée sous son propre poids pour laver elle doit le tenir avec la main. Vous pouvez laver dans la salle de bain, mais la salle de bain est endommagée par la valve de verrouillage, le mécanisme de verrouillage est cassé, la valve est simplement installée dans le siphon sur l'isolat 🤦🏻. La soupape est difficile à enlever, mais il est possible, en même temps dans le mélangeur dans la salle de bains il n'y a pas de pression, laver le corps est suffisant, mais les cheveux sont extrêmement problématiques. Dans la chambre il n'y a pas de table et de tug, ils sont apportés sur demande, attendant - 20-30 minutes, table plat est loin de la première fraîcheur, sur le cadre métal vendu sera stricté un jet de taille universelle, doublé avec des pentes. Aucune serrure de porte (chickles/chaîne), le commutateur sur la serrure n'arrête pas l'accès du personnel de l'hôtel, une impression séparée est de se réveiller du fait que la personne du service 🤦🏻 passe par la chambre, face à cela après la première nuit, Après cela, il a publié le ”Ne vous dérangez pas”. Si vous n'avez pas retiré le numéro le matin, pour aucune raison, le numéro de ce jour sans votre rappel ne sera pas retiré.

L'hôtel était bien situé, près de l'aéroport. Il était agréable grâce à sa piscine, son sauna et son centre de massage. La chambre était un peu vieillotte et basique. La climatisation fonctionnait mal et il faisait chaud la nuit. Je tiens toutefois à féliciter la réceptionniste et le technicien qui nous ont aidés à changer de chambre après notre réclamation concernant le dysfonctionnement de la climatisation de la première chambre. Le petit-déjeuner était très simple.
