Had a wonderful stay at Timurbay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pools and direct beach access. The environment was peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The sea view was beautiful, and the location is convenient with restaurants and attractions nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Kuantan. Would definitely stay here again!

Je suis ravi de voir et la situation est étonnante. Mais je pense que la propreté doit être améliorée. Pour l'unité que j'ai séjourné- Trouvé beaucoup de petites roches qui courent autour de la cuisine et de la salle de séjour gratuite. Horror ! Le lit de futon n'est pas confortable et la feuille de lit a des tins sur elle! Le propriétaire devrait faire quelque chose sur le contrôle des plaies et faire un meilleur travail dans la nettoyage de la chambre.

The room was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. Everything was comfortable, and the facilities were great. I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. There was a double-booking issue due to an error from the Trip app, but the owner was very helpful, responsible, and cooperative in resolving the problem. I booked a triple room for me & 2 girls. It's a spacious room w 3 single beds. It can even fit another extra bed n still hv adequate space to move around. I didnt try the food so cant comment abt the hotel food. The loc is great, u can walk around to shop n eat. Parking space is also provided in a gated area. U just need to validate ur parking each time u exit to get free parking. Hv stayed here twice.

the room is nice the water heater for shower is nice oso, just small problem that coz the window unable to open so if off aircon for a day when i come back the air will be abit fusty while it is able to solve after on the aircon and on the door for awhile. They provide water dispenser as well that provide cool and hot water. The second florr got chatting place and a big balcony for gatherings. Oh yeah they did not provide microwave and fridge but is okay for me. Got a supermarket just opposite and a lots of restaurants in 10mins walk. Overall i like this place and may come again.

Studio spacieux ! Belle vue depuis l'hôtel ! La piscine pour enfants est la meilleure ! Mes enfants s'amusent tellement 😍 Près de la plage et de superbes installations sportives aquatiques, jet ski et VTT... de nombreux restaurants locaux à proximité et ce n'est pas trop loin de l'hôtel. Cela vaut vraiment chaque centime ! Je reviendrai sûrement bientôt !

Although the exterior of the hotel looks a little dated, don’t let that fool you—the interior is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room and bathroom were spotless. The towels, bed linens, and pillowcases were clean, fresh, and smelled great. The room was also well equipped with almost everything you might need, including an iron, hair dryer, face towels, and room slippers. The air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly throughout my stay. One feature I especially appreciated was the reading light above the bed. I don’t like sleeping in complete darkness, so being able to leave just that light on made the room very comfortable for me. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Resort very strict with the maximum guest for the room capacity. So make sure to comply with the requirements ya. But the check in process if very much different from another resort. Its like you are purchasing a chanel bag and waiting for the sales advisor😍 the check in lobby is at the parking area so they will monitor the in and out guest and the car as well. The villa is so unique and spacious. Perfect for a holiday. However, the restaurant is not a buffet concept where you can take any amount of dish or whatever u want to mix and match the food. But the restaurant staff very good in the etiquette 👍🏻the beach also good but cannot swim ya. Very relaxed enjoy the sounds of waves

I had terible experience stay under this management. Beds full of bugs, toilet were VERY dirty. Ask the management to clean up the unit but the management changed my room, after change room, same problem occur, toilet still dirty, FLUSH BROKEN, can't flush. Only bugs dissapear in the second unit. Please check carefully before you check in. I dont understand they actively open these unit for rental. you better check carefully ya. Aminities all A+ under the Timurbay, only this management were the main problem.
