Escapade familiale fantastique – Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et la plage ! Note : 4,5/5 Nous avons passé un séjour absolument inoubliable au Swiss-Garden Kuantan ! Si vous cherchez une escapade en famille où les enfants seront divertis, c'est l'endroit idéal. Points forts : Approuvé par les enfants : L'espace piscine avec toboggan a été un véritable succès – mes enfants (3, 9 et 11 ans) ne s'en lassaient pas. Plage paradisiaque : L'emplacement est parfait, avec un accès facile à une magnifique plage propre que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Animations en soirée : Le spectacle de feu pour les clients de l'hôtel était une fantastique surprise et une excellente façon de terminer la journée. Service impeccable : Un grand bravo au personnel – ils ont été incroyablement sympathiques et serviables tout au long de notre séjour. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel : Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était vraiment délicieux ! Conseil aux clients : Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très fréquenté aux heures de pointe, et il se peut que vous deviez patienter pour avoir une table. Mon conseil : prévoyez d’arriver un peu plus tôt pour éviter la foule et vous assurer une place confortable.

Had a wonderful stay at Timurbay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pools and direct beach access. The environment was peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The sea view was beautiful, and the location is convenient with restaurants and attractions nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Kuantan. Would definitely stay here again!

Le studio, situé au rez-de-chaussée, offre un accès facile au parking, mais il faut tout de même emprunter les escaliers ou l'ascenseur pour rejoindre le parking réservé à l'étage. Le départ s'est fait aux heures de pointe et l'accès à l'ascenseur s'est avéré difficile. L'agent m'a appelé et m'a envoyé un message pour me rappeler l'heure de départ. Heureusement, ils ont accepté un départ un peu tardif en raison de l'affluence aux ascenseurs et au parking. Dans l'ensemble, l'immeuble et l'environnement sont corrects, mais les abords de la piscine mériteraient d'être rénovés.

I love the view and the location is amazing. But I think cleanliness need to be improved. For the unit I have been staying- Found many small roaches running around the kitchen and living hall free style. Horror ! The futon bed is not comfortable & the bedsheet has stains on it! The owner should do something on pest control and do a better job in cleaning up the room. I should have taken a video of the roaches

I recently stayed here for a business trip with four colleagues. We booked five separate rooms, choosing this location based on its competitive pricing and convenient location. While the physical property itself is impressive, the management process left a lot to be desired. The Good: Comfort & Space Rooms: The rooms are genuinely clean, neat, and very spacious. For the price point, the value of the actual living space is excellent. Parking: Finding parking was easy and secure, which was a major plus for our group as we had our own vehicles. Location: Perfectly situated for getting around Kuantan efficiently. The Bad: Maintenance & Missing Basics The property feels slightly neglected in terms of upkeep. In my specific room: The shower head holder was loose, making it difficult to use. There were no floor mats provided, which is a basic necessity to avoid tracking water across the room after a shower. The Ugly: Management & Customer Service This is where the experience fell short. The administrative side of this stay was disorganized and stressful: Automated Communication: Their chat system is powered by an AI that provides ”canned” answers. It failed to address any of our specific questions, making communication feel like a dead end. Check-in Delays: We weren't sent the check-in passwords on time. We had to track down a separate person-in-charge just to get access to our rooms late in the day. Pricing Inconsistencies: The documentation stated a RM50 deposit per room, but we were charged RM60. While the amount is small, the inconsistency feels unprofessional and creates a lack of trust. Final Verdict: If you value space and price above all else, this is a solid choice. However, be prepared to fight for your check-in details and deal with a non-responsive service team. I hope management fixes their communication flow and updates their facilities soon.

The room was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. Everything was comfortable, and the facilities were great. I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. There was a double-booking issue due to an error from the Trip app, but the owner was very helpful, responsible, and cooperative in resolving the problem. Thank you for your excellent service and for making everything easier for your guests. Highly recommended! 😊

Very nice hotel at the heart of the city...just adjacent to Berjaya Megamall Kuantan..very friendly and helpful staffs..bery recommended

If you prefer a quiet room, I recommend informing the reception that you would like a room away from the ironing area, as this facility is available 24 hours a day and there is no time limit for its use. That said, the staff were very friendly and promptly arranged a room change after I made the request, which I really appreciated.

La chambre était pleine de rats, les enfants s'endormaient, alors nous n'avons pas demandé à changer de chambre, mais sommes venus attraper le rat. Merci à l'équipe qui est venue nous aider à attraper le rat. Même la chambre est désinfectée, mais il y a toujours un rat. De la piscine à la plage, c'est très loin, il faut compter 5 minutes à pied. Nous préférons donc jouer à la piscine, car elle est proche à 18h45 précises. Le restaurant extérieur est plus proche de la plage et facile à nettoyer, nous continuons donc à jouer sur la plage après le dîner. Dans l'ensemble, les enfants aiment la piscine.

Resort very strict with the maximum guest for the room capacity. So make sure to comply with the requirements ya. But the check in process if very much different from another resort. Its like you are purchasing a chanel bag and waiting for the sales advisor😍 the check in lobby is at the parking area so they will monitor the in and out guest and the car as well. The villa is so unique and spacious. Perfect for a holiday. However, the restaurant is not a buffet concept where you can take any amount of dish or whatever u want to mix and match the food. But the restaurant staff very good in the etiquette 👍🏻the beach also good but cannot swim ya. Very relaxed enjoy the sounds of waves
