The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

Nous avons réservé une chambre Premium King pour une nuit. Il y a aussi beaucoup de parking juste en dehors de l'hôtel, et un bon restaurant occidental à pied. Le bureau frontal fonctionne 24/7, et le personnel était ami et capable de parler à la fois malaise et anglais, ce qui a facilité la communication. Il n'y avait pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. Le plus grand côté était la position de la chambre. Nous avons reçu la dernière chambre face à la route principale et c'était extrêmement bruyant. J'ai réussi à dormir à 4–5 AM seulement en raison du bruit constant. La chambre était propre et confortable, mais le bruit routier a gravement affecté notre repos.

I was disappointed with my stay at Havona Hotel Permas Jaya. The room I booked on Agoda was advertised as having a king bed and a window, but when I checked in, I was given a queen bed with no window instead. This was not what I had booked, and it was especially disappointing because those features were part of the reason I chose this hotel. The room itself was acceptable for the price, but receiving a different room than what was advertised left a bad impression. If the booked room type is unavailable, guests should be informed in advance or offered an equivalent alternative or compensation, rather than finding out only upon check-in. I hope the hotel improves the accuracy of its room listings and ensures guests receive the room they reserve.

La chambre est assez spacieuse mais cependant un peu bruyante que la fenêtre n'était pas parfaitement scellée. Vous pouvez entendre le son de la circulation et les gens parlent de ma fenêtre. Le service était grand et le contrôle dans la procédure était simple. La chambre était propre et propre. Le lit était confortable, sera de retour à la prochaine round :) La plus importante sur les permas était l'emplacement et l'accès à l'espace alimentaire et industriel.

Hôtel très propre et propre. J'ai vu un commentaire sur ne pas avoir 24 heures de douche d'eau chaude, mais je n'ai pas connu de telles questions. Tout va bien pendant mon séjour de 2 nuits. L'entourage a beaucoup de plats que j'ai été détruit par des choix. Il y a aussi un marché nocturne chaque dimanche qui vaut la peine de aller pour un repas de rue.

Last minute booking due to the jam at causeway. Randomly tried to find a place to stay the night. The front desk staff an Indian lady is very helpful and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a care pack that consisted of mask, nice scented candle, bath bomb, and some others essentials. It wasn't a fancy pack but I was impressed by their service. I was also very impressed that they actually had a bathtub! It was too late to utilize it as we were there at 11pm. But good effort! Hotel room was also very clean, bedsheets were super clean and frgamy too! However I didn't feel safe with the location. This is not the fault of the hotel at all of course. Just that while we arrived, there were a few motorbikes who kept revving past and they were shouting and creating a ruckus. So I felt a big unsafe to leave the car there. There is option to park the car within the hotel premises but comes with a strange request to leave the car keys with them 😅 so I just parked in the public carpark which felt...a bit risky. So if you are very worried then this hotel may not be for u.

Came for a friend’s wedding in the area so decided to stay here due to the location. Did not have much expectations of the hotel but was blown away by the wonderful staff! The rooms were clean and decent, bathroom was small but clean and easy to maintain. Bath foam and shampoo were provided in the wall dispensers and bed was clean and comfy. Location wise - the hotel is very close to many eateries and amenities in the area. There 24 hr dining at Osman (mamak), 7 eleven. Great noodle spots like RMB noodles, fancier cafe like Grumpy Goat, breakfast spots like Hua Mui across the road. But it’s the super friendly and helpful staff like Dona, Vivi, Gugum and Fiqa that made a huge difference to my stay! They made me feel welcomed with their smiles and positivity whenever I step through the door and to see them taking care of each other when they were working gave me a feeling of great family spirit. Definitely worth the stay!

Overall, my 3-night stay was pleasant. I especially enjoyed the family suite—the king-size bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I expected a basic standard, which is why I couldn’t give a full rating. Cleanliness: There were a few issues that needed attention. I encountered a small lizard, a baby cockroach (which I had to handle), and a spider. The bedsheets and rug had visible stains—while these may be hard to remove, it's not acceptable even for a 3-star hotel. Additionally, a used, damp (but dried) toilet paper roll was left alongside a new one, which should not happen. I’m not particularly fussy, but others might have rated this much lower. The toilet seat was loose and misaligned. The towel hanger was loose as well, so we were careful not to hang all our towels there. The basin tap was also loose. Service: Requests for a writing chair and a hairdryer took quite a while and were only resolved after I spoke to a housekeeper the next morning. Although the room accommodates four guests, we were a group of three and only received two cups, so we had to take turns. There are also only two non-standard, unprofessional hangers provided. They should supply four. I did not use the shampoo or shower gel, so I cannot comment on those. Maybe a brief note should check on our day since we are staying for three nights. This is a suggestion to improve. Location & Amenities: There is a laundry shop conveniently located directly across from the hotel. Parking is available on site, though you may need to park behind the building. It would be helpful to have a designated drop-off slope at the front of the hotel. Food: The café serves a good chicken nasi lemak. The curry gravy is rich and flavorful, though it would be better if there were more side dishes to complement the rice. The overall experience helped offset the shortcomings. Value for Money: 3/5 Until another review for the shortcomings are rectified, I will consider other accommodation

They don't just follow a standard hospitality script; they completely redefine customer service. In an industry where staff can sometimes be restricted by corporate red tape, Janet and Roen are a breath of fresh air. They aren't afraid to defy conventional rules when a situation calls for it, proactively taking things into their own hands to ensure the guest experience is absolutely seamless. It is incredibly rare to find individuals who are so deeply committed to guest satisfaction that they will personally intervene and go off-script to make sure every single detail is taken care of. They completely removed any stress from our stay, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos to Roen and Janet for elevating our experience and showing what genuine, empowered hospitality is all about!
