Good hotel, but the security made it hard to drive trough to the hotel parking Bad experienced with this type of security

Stayed for 1 night here and I'll definitely come again if I have any business here! The location was great got many shops nearby and got plenty of parking spots. The room was also great, quite spacious, clean and comfortable enough. The staffs were also very accommodating and treated guests nicely. Breakfast was good enough too with the price

Tout sur mon séjour était excellent. La chambre était sans place, le lit était très confortable et les installations étaient excellentes. Le personnel a fourni un service excellent et m'a fait sentir bienvenue tout au long de mon séjour. Merci d'avoir fait mon voyage si agréable. J'attends avec impatience de revenir.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans un appartement de trois chambres et j'ai été vraiment impressionné par son espace et son confort, parfaits pour les familles ou les groupes recherchant espace et intimité. Son emplacement privilégié, à quelques pas de la plage, permet de profiter pleinement des promenades matinales et des couchers de soleil. L'hôtel propose également d'excellentes installations de loisirs, notamment des piscines avec toboggans aquatiques, que mes enfants ont adorées. Un autre atout est la multitude de restaurants juste à côté de l'hôtel, proposant une grande variété de plats locaux et internationaux. L'éclairage de l'appartement pourrait toutefois être amélioré. La lumière était assez faible la nuit, surtout dans le hall. Une simple lampe fluorescente blanche améliorerait grandement le confort de l'espace. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent endroit où séjourner : pratique, familial et idéalement situé. J'y retournerais sans hésiter, surtout si le problème d'éclairage était résolu.

Mes séjours quand il était à la tapis humide peut-être qu'ils rentrent juste du côté de la piscine ... la feuille de lit heureusement sèche et en tout cas les séjours sont convenable séjour, la distance de marche pour les aliments fines est facile juste qu'il était assez loin de la ville PD et loin de Teluk Kemang. Vous devez avoir votre propre transporteur pour voyager. Bon séjour, mais le pire petit déjeuner CHEF améliore la cuisine ou autre pas de petit déjeuner. Heureusement, il y a beaucoup de pain pour le petit déjeuner couvert. J'ai vraiment aimé mes séjours là-bas voyagera encore pour un autre séjour.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved. Dinner at the Restaurant The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future. Water Park Customer Service Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests. We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet. Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy. Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future.

Stayed at Langit Langi Hotel PD over the weekend. The hotel location was easy to find, right beside the main road and directly in front of a Petronas station and PD Hotel. Parking was mostly available during the weekend and the area felt safe. Check-in process was smooth and fast. I only needed to provide my booking details and IC for verification, then paid RM50 room deposit and RM4 local charge. In less than 10 minutes, I received the room key. The room condition was generally acceptable, but the actual experience did not fully match what was advertised on Trip.com. The room view and overall feel were slightly different from the photos shown. A few things that could be improved: - The floor was slightly dusty. - The room had a weird smell at first, probably because it had been unoccupied for some time. - No hair dryer was provided even though it was mentioned on Trip.com. - Iron was available, but it was shared outside the room for the whole floor. - The listing showed a bathtub, but our room did not have one. - Aircond took quite a while to cool the room. On the positive side, basic toiletries were provided including toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet tissue, and shower gel. The biggest issue for me was the soundproofing. I actually read reviews about this beforehand but still decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, you can clearly hear vehicles from the main road throughout the night. What surprised me the most was the sound of the washing machine running almost nonstop from night until midday. It honestly felt like sleeping above a laundry room, and it did interrupt my sleep. Other than that, everything else was generally okay for a short stay.
