excellent staff n good deals! this is not my first time & each time i arrived all staff is very helpful and smiling, make our long journey become warm and welcome. Lexis is a must visit !

I love to stay here because is nearby with the mosque i love to watch at the night Masjid Sri Sendayan. Everthing is nearby if you need anything to eat, clinic and games. the place is quiet at the weekdays. Recommended to go at the weekends

Tout sur mon séjour était excellent. La chambre était sans place, le lit était très confortable et les installations étaient excellentes. Le personnel a fourni un service excellent et m'a fait sentir bienvenue tout au long de mon séjour. Merci d'avoir fait mon voyage si agréable. J'attends avec impatience de revenir.

La chambre était propre, spacieuse et conçue avec soin, avec une cuisine séparée qui ajoutait une grande convenance, surtout pour des séjours plus longs ou des familles. L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas de la plage, et il est idéal pour une petite cabane. Le personnel était gentil, attentif et toujours prêt à assister, ce qui a fait de l'expérience générale encore plus agréable. Globalement, je recommande certainement cet hôtel pour les familles et les amis qui cherchent un séjour confortable et agréable.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved. Dinner at the Restaurant The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future. Water Park Customer Service Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests. We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet. Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy. Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future.

La salle de bains est très bien située dans le centre de la ville, mais elle est très bien située dans le centre de la ville.

C'est un endroit très agréable où séjourner, avec beaucoup de Malaisiens à l'hôtel et à la piscine. Le bâtiment est ancien, mais la chambre est correcte. Nous avions tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour d'une nuit. Sur le toit, nous avons dîné en admirant les singes et les oiseaux. Nous y avons séjourné avec deux adultes et notre enfant de 7 ans.

Ce n'est pas notre première fois à Admiral Cove Avillon, mais la première chambre supérieure avec vue sur la mer (1501) ; wow avec vue sur le soleil.. L'aime ! Tout à fait une expérience agréable. L'hôtel est confortable et confortable. Il dispose de chambres confortables et confortables. Notre appréciation porte particulièrement sur Amy, l'assistante des relations invités et Dalina, avec leur démonstration et leur soutien gentil, toujours en présence de nous. On a déjà vu le rhume de l'amy, mais Amy était toujours disposée à nous laisser utiliser son rhume, kudos Amy!

It was my friend’s childhood memory and now became my kids’. The hotel is linked to a beach- clean and less crowd; means more relax and just focus on playing sands and sea bath. The rooms are a bit old (we stayed in apartment style most of the time), but it is decent for the cost we’d paid. We’d been staying the same hotel over the past 12 years. Amazing!

La chambre était bonne . Mais l' aircondition n' est pas froide . Je quitte ma chambre avec l' aircondition mais pas encore froid .  Le chauffage de l' eau fonctionne bien .
