Room was nice and comfortable though carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.   Other than that the facility was nice I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person.  I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar. I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

La chambre est très confortable , très confortable et très confortable . L' hôtel est tout à fait comme un hôtel de vacances normale , il se trouve plus à la recherche d' un voyage d' affaires et dispose d' une belle piscine au sommet de l' hôtel . Le seul problème que j' ai vu est que , en raison des ailes éco-amigables , il n' y a pas de bouteilles d' eau dans la chambre , il y a des réservoirs d' eau gratuits et le lobby pour boire , vous devez boire dans le lobby , ou prendre de l' eau de l' extérieur de l' hôtel , mais il n' y a pas de magasins près de l' hôtel , donc vous devez payer un prix plus élevé pour la machine à vendre l' hôtel ou juste boire de l' eau dans le lobby , j' ai eu soif toute la résidence haha . Mais je le recommande aux hommes d'affaires

Just love this hotel! Very convenient location! Close to airport and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Love the decor! Rooms keep getting updated and are very clean, comfortable and affordable. The elevator with glass to look out is my favorite! Restaurants and bars on property are very good. Pool is beautiful! Didn't use the gym but they have one. Great place to stay for couples or large groups!!

The hotel stands out for its location right on the Panama Canal. You can rent bicycles nearby, and there are also a few nice restaurants and bars—some with views of the canal, which is really great. Of course, it’s less suitable if you’re looking to go shopping, but for experiencing Panama Canal Area which is impressive,I think it’s excellent. The hotel is a bit dated, including the staff and overall operations. There are many guests, which can sometimes lead to bottlenecks. However, overall, the value for money is still good.

Soggiornato 2 notti, hotel e camera nella norma. Davanti all’albergo c’è l Av. Balboa, trafficata giorno e notte, perciò si sente un po’ di rumore. Durante il ns soggiorno c’erano dei lavori edili dietro l’albergo, perciò la piscina ( che è piccola per chi vuole nuotare 7/7 m) non è simpatica da usare per via del forte rumore. La colazione non offre tanta scelta e con dei prodotti non a livello di un albergo di questa classifica. Per il prezzo che o pagato il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci stava, ma ho visto che può anche costare fino a CHF 50.00 in più a notte. Torneremo a Panama City alla fine del nostro tour del paese, ma non al Méridien. Gentile e competente lo staff, buono il WI-FI .

Hôtel agréable pour les familles et les voyageurs d'affaires. Bon service et bonnes prestations. Rien à redire. La piscine est vraiment petite, ce qui est très décevant. La salle de sport est bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour agréable. Plusieurs restaurants et bars se trouvent juste en face de l'hôtel.

Le personnel a parlé un peu d'anglais, j'ai demandé un checkout tardif. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. Le prix par nuit était très précieux, très recommandé.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing—so warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. There was a bit of confusion about my second day of booking, even though I had paid online. But they handled it with patience and professionalism. Please make sure this hotel gets their money—they truly deserve it. The rooms are artistically designed, clean, and full of character. Every detail—from the artwork to the furniture—felt curated with care. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure (a big deal in Panama!). The entire property felt like a peaceful, artistic escape from the buzz of the city. If you’re looking for a boutique stay that blends art, comfort, and outstanding service, Art Casco is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning!
