I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Condo Bed Space in Davao! The accommodation is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Sir Noel, the owner, is incredibly generous and attentive, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, checking in to see how my stay is going and ensuring I have everything I need. This place is perfect for solo travelers like me who also need to work during their stay. They provided a desk and office chair, making it very convenient to get work done comfortably. While it would have been even better to have a variety of lighting options, what’s available was still perfectly sufficient. I truly appreciate all the effort Sir Noel puts into making his guests feel welcome and cared for. It’s rare to find such a combination of cleanliness, comfort, and personal attention. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Davao, and I’ve already recommended this place to my friends. Without a doubt, I’m giving Cozy Condo Bed Space a full course rating! 😊✨

Nous avons eu un séjour agréable à l'hôtel Blue Lotus - nous avons réservé un lit de taille royale et la chambre donnée était très spacieuse. La chambre avait des équipements adéquats. Nous resterons ici la prochaine fois que nous sommes à Davao.

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

Ce que j'ai aimé : - Emplacement idéal - Service client excellent - Belle réception - Petit-déjeuner authentique et savoureux Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : - J'ai trouvé un cafard dans ma chambre - Les chambres et les salles de bain sont extrêmement vétustes et nécessitent une rénovation urgente, malgré quelques efforts depuis mon dernier séjour en début d'année - La télévision est quasiment décorative. Seules 4 ou 5 chaînes sont disponibles, mais la qualité du signal est médiocre, voire inexistante. Ce n'est pas une Smart TV, donc pas de YouTube ni de Netflix pour se divertir. - Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais. La récente augmentation des prix est injustifiée.

Mon séjour s'est bien passé cependant, je pense que les serviettes et les draps sont vieux mais le personnel était très gentil (ils appliquent les salutations Mabuhay et Madayaw) et la réception était très attentive à mes préoccupations. Merci beaucoup

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. For lunch or dinner, the on-site restaurant served a mix of Thai, Asian, international, and European dishes, giving a variety that could cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.  The presence of a café and even a pastry/deli option made it easy to grab a light meal or snack without leaving the property.  Location is another strong suit for Dusit Thani Residence. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. In conclusion: if you’re looking for a stay in Davao that offers more than just four walls — a place that feels both refined and welcoming — Dusit Thani Residence Davao delivers. Its attentive staff, well-appointed rooms, great amenities, and strategic location combine into a memorable experience. The room is clean and spacious, the location is great which is accessible to the bus terminal and near sm ecoland. Food is great and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel vraiment a 2 pas de l’airport, offrant même un petit dej au A mart d’en bas donc assez sympa. Par contre il est vraiment vieillot, vieillot, les carreaux sont cassés, la peinture sur les murs écaillée voir retirée par endroits, il mérite un gros rafraîchissement. La SDB est vraiment dans le même genre par contre caffé savon gel douche. Nous avons eu un problème avec la douche puis le lavabo n avait pas d’eau. Hotel vraiment Ok pour 1 nuit pas plus.

We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process. While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this place.
