Hôtels à Khon Kaen avec parking

We enjoyed our short stay and found the hotel to be in a great location with very nice facilities overall. There were only a few minor areas where we felt improvements could be made. At the Chinese restaurant, while the waitress was friendly and polite, the service could have been more attentive—for example, by checking on the table more regularly and clearing empty plates. The restaurant was not busy at the time of our reservation, with only three tables occupied, so this seemed manageable. The reception staff were also pleasant; however, there was some confusion regarding our late check‑out. Our booking through Trip.com included late check‑out until 2:00 pm yet were told at the beginning that we could have late checked out (we stayed at 1117 and 1122 between April 18-19). So i had to show our booking confirmation , however we were told that since they have the next reservations, the hotel told us that only one of our two rooms could have this benefit. Given that the hotel was not busy that day—and we were informed by staff that occupancy had been low since Songkran—we were a bit surprised. In the end, one room was approved for late check‑out until 2:00 pm and the other until 1:00 pm. While the difference was minimal, we felt that, under the circumstances, both rooms could have been accommodated as per the booking entitlement. What our children enjoyed most was the wonderful staff member on duty at the club lounge. She was consistently warm, smiling, and welcoming throughout our stay, and very kind even when our three children were a bit noisy. I want to acknowledge her for her great hospitality, and want to express our big thank you to her for taking such great care of our family—it truly made our stay more enjoyable in such a short period of time. We will sure come back and hopefully our feedback could be taking into consideration. Thanks :)

The service from the very first step to the last second of my stay at the hotel was the best I have ever experienced in Khon Kaen. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and the care provided was very impressive. It's in the TOP 10 in Khon Kaen.

Pros Nice room, new building, very comfortable bed, and plenty of pillows (2 per person). The bathroom is clean. I stayed on the 5th floor and the water pressure was strong. There’s sufficient parking space. The staff are polite and friendly, and the bellboy is very kind. A 7-Eleven is nearby. The price is reasonable and good value for money. Cons - It’s a bit far from the city center compared to other hotels. - There is a smart TV, but it couldn’t connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, so I had to use my own hotspot to watch Netflix 😂 Overall I was very impressed, and if I visit this province again, I would definitely stay here again.

Équipements : Oui, la baignoire est super confortable et la climatisation est suffisante Santé : OK Environnement : OK. Près de la gare de Khon Kaen et du grand marché Service : L'enregistrement anticipé n'est pas possible, le hall est étouffant, chaud et inconfortable.

La chambre est propre. C'est très grand et large, mais le bruit du pub est si fort que jusqu'à 3 heures du matin, je n'arrivais toujours pas à dormir. Même si nous sommes au 7ème étage.

L'hôtel était bien, sauf le karaoké du soir qui était beaucoup trop fort. De plus, il avait lieu au restaurant en même temps que notre repas. Le petit-déjeuner était froid.

Bon hôtel où j'ai passé 3 nuits. Je le recommanderais. Je suis allé au petit zoo local pour les animaux exotiques qui coûtent 150 bahts. C'était ok. Cette ville regorge de cafés-restaurants dont beaucoup à des prix modérés. Khon Kaen est l'un de mes endroits préférés en Thaïlande mais loin des autres endroits, mais rappelez-vous qu'il a un aéroport. Nous avons bêtement roulé.

This hotel is located in a good location and good amenities in the room. Easy to access and warm hospitality. Only the cleanliness in the room need to improve.

This was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.
