L'hôtel est très beau, propre et parfait pour les photos. C'est tout ce qui arrive aux positifs. En ce qui concerne les négatifs : quand j'arrive à la fin de l'après-midi, j'ai été donnée une chambre face à la rue. J'ai demandé de changer les chambres et, sans aucun problème, une autre a été donnée sur le côté opposé du bâtiment. Il y a des restaurants, et dans l'un d'entre eux la musique était si lourde que je pouvais entendre littéralement chaque mot dans ma chambre. Je ne veux même pas imaginer combien de temps ça durera pendant les week-ends. Le même point est le bruit de la salle. Le petit déjeuner était également décevant, avec une sélection très limitée. Pour résumer : si vous cherchez un hôtel bon, propre dans un endroit idéal, c'est une option parfaite. Mais si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pouvez vraiment vous détendre et vous reposer, ce n'est pas l'hôtel pour vous.

We had a very pleasant 8-night stay and would happily come back. The room was bright, clean, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. During our 8 days, we received fresh towels three times, and when we kindly asked if the bed sheets could be changed, the staff happily took care of it. We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. The hotel staff and owners are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always made us feel comfortable and were genuinely caring throughout our stay. The view from the room is pleasant both during the day and at night. It is also a quiet room overall. The only occasional disturbance was some construction work early in the morning on one or two days, but it wasn't a major issue. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool. We especially appreciated that it includes a cleaning/anti-mold function, as we've had unpleasant experiences with moldy-smelling air conditioners in other hotels (like) before. The location is excellent. Directly across the street is a huge shopping center with a large Lotus's supermarket and many other well-known stores. It is also only about a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. Services like Grab (Taxi, Food, and Mart), iDrive, LINEMAN, as well as the 7-Eleven and Lotus's apps all worked perfectly from this location, making it very convenient. The only downside during our stay was the Wi-Fi on the 6th floor. The signal was already weak in our room, and during the last three or four days it unfortunately stopped working completely. Thankfully, we had a True SIM card with mobile data, so we were still able to browse the internet and even stream movies without any problems. The lobby also offers drinks and snacks for purchase. Prices are only slightly higher than in the supermarket. As a small suggestion rather than criticism, it could be a nice bonus if these were offered at supermarket prices, as some hotels do. It would be a lovely way to stand out even more and add extra value for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you to everyone for your hospitality - we truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend this hotel to others!

Aman is one of the best hotel in the area. They have a very unique architect with very aesthetic boutique furnitures. Service was good but the breakfast has less food than some other hotels at the same rate.

Alors comment dire. Les choses positives cette hotel à une très bonne localisation. A côté de tout. Petit déjeuner inclus ok. Verre de bienvenue. Le personnel est sympathique. Le ménage est fait tout les jours. Et transport gratuit pour l'aéroport. Les chambres sont bien mais légèrement petites. Ainsi que le balcon. Mais on s'y sent bien. Ce qui est vraiment dommage est que la piscine et la terrasse sur le toit commencent à être laissé sans entretien. Les planches se décrochent ou sont cassés. Ça laisse une mauvaise impression. Il faudrait vraiment rénover c'était mieux il y a quelques années. Ils n'y a plus de machine expresso dans les chambres non plus. En résumé bonne hotel mais sur le déclin. Pour le prix il commence à y avoir mieux

Using our GPS was a challenge however only because the route had us b”back tracking” otherwise the location is great. We enjoyed our room as well as the breakfast. All in all, we enjoyed our stay..

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour un court séjour et j'ai trouvé son emplacement très pratique. Il est situé à quelques pas de la gare routière et du centre commercial Central, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. L'hôtel dispose également d'un grand parking, un atout pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, mais il y avait quelques points négatifs. L'absence d'ascenseur peut s'avérer problématique avec des bagages lourds. Les produits de toilette fournis étaient très sommaires : seulement deux bouteilles d'eau et deux petits savons. Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette dans la salle de bain, ce qui était assez gênant. À noter : lors de votre arrivée, vous devrez laisser une caution de 100 bahts en espèces pour la clé. Elle vous sera restituée au moment du départ, mais il est bon de le savoir. Le personnel ne semblait pas parler beaucoup anglais et n'était pas particulièrement aimable, ce qui a rendu la communication un peu difficile. Globalement, l'emplacement et la propreté étaient bons, mais le manque de commodités et de services de base laissait à désirer.

La chambre était propre, la location était confortable et le climatisation fonctionnait très bien, ce qui a fait le séjour très confortable. Il était aussi facile de réserver le transport de l'hôtel, et le prix était très raisonnable pour la qualité fournie. Le personnel n'a pas expliqué clairement comment accéder au Wi-Fi lors de l'entrée, ce qui a causé une légère confusion au début.
