Extraordinaire
UUtilisateur anonymeThe location was right in downtown and walking distances to all restaurants and attractions. The room felt a bit small since the bathroom was tugged away. Not sure if it was the standard but we didn’t have a soap dish and had to put the bar soap directly on top of the sink countertop.

IInvitéHands down absolutely the best hotel and staff I've encountered in a long time. And I've been to some pretty good ones. clean, nice up to date hotel and rooms. Access to channels if you want to watch television. Plenty of plugins for your electronic devices. Lots of lighting in the the rooms.
Then, there's the breakfast, absolutely the most options of ever seen at a continental style breakfast at a hotel. Everything was appesred fresh. Everything tasted good. Plenty of options even if you have allergies. Convenient hours for breakfast also.
Starting with a front desk staff, I should have mentioned, they were super friendly, helpful and patient. This Meridian location has a nice little selection for snacks, microwave small meals and other amenities. If you're traveling, this is so nice, not to have to drive and to somewhere else. If you forgot something or have an urge for a diet Coke.
They even have a a filtered drinking fountain to fill our big water cups, plus a lemon water with ice dispenser in the lobby.
We will be staying here again.

IInvitéThe staff is amazing and very accommodating and quick to respond to situations that are unpleasing their food option is basic and simple however it would be nice if they were able to add some bacon as well as sausage the beds are extremely comfortable especially after a long trip of driving all night long thank you guys for being so awesome

IInvitéWe were in room 241, mini fridge freezer section had 4 inch of ice all around it making it unusable.
Major fight outside our room in the hallway in middle of the night, people yelllimg screaming , doors slamming , went on for over an hour, , requiring the police to be called.
Made for a lousy stay.

IInvitéThe room smelled possibly like a past smoking room.or mold. The floor was not clean there was pet food in several locations that I had to pick up so my pet did not eat it. Then I realized something had been ate all over the chair and not cleaned up. The coffee pot only worked if you messed with it to get the water to come out.

SSahatHotel had elevator broken at check in. The front desk notify us when check in and ask if we want to stay or cancel. By the time we checking in it hard to find the new place to stay. So, we ask if we want to stay only one night. They let us know that they could not do any refund because we booked through the third party which is trip.com they will not responsible for that refund. So we decide to stay and they place us to the third floor . Then the air condition in the room not working as it should. We notify the front desk to send the maintenance to fix it but still could not fix. Remote control for tv out of battery. They gave us new battery to change it ourself. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and give the feedback as the bad experienced.
I’m expecting better service for the comfort inn chain which I have been staying before and never have any problem. This will be the last time for this franchise. Very disappointed 🤢
