Un jour de séjour. Notre chambre était obsolète. Mais la convenance d'avoir le casino et les nombreux restaurants en haut étaient très agréables. Je visiterais encore,

L'hôtel était facile d'accès, le parking était pratique et facile à parcourir. Le bâtiment et la décoration étaient beaux et propres. Nous ne jouons pas, mais le casino avait l'air sympa. J'ai pris la chambre parce que les critiques précédentes disaient que les lits étaient confortables. Notre lit n'était pas génial, il semblait assez typique d'un hôtel. La douche était agréable, avec une forte pression d'eau. Je dirais qu'il faisait un peu trop chaud... même sur le réglage de température le plus bas, j'avais chaud, et j'aime les douches vraiment chaudes. Beaucoup d'options de restauration, bien que chères. J'ai adoré la vue sur l'océan depuis le 40e étage. Nous avons eu un problème avec nos clés - nous avions 2 réservations différentes car le vendredi soir était complet à l'hôtel, nous avons donc dû aller en ligne pour la deuxième nuit. D'une manière ou d'une autre, nous avons été libérés au milieu de la nuit et nos clés ont été désactivées à notre insu, nous avons donc été enfermés hors de la chambre. Le personnel a résolu le problème assez rapidement.

It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

Harrah’s Resort is hands down one of the best places to stay in Atlantic City. Because it is located in the Marina District, it has a secluded, resort-like vibe that feels like a true getaway from the crowded Boardwalk, while still offering massive entertainment right on site.

We ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the casino. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the casino for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night casino bars were messy, smoky and loud. All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could .

J'ai finalement compris ce que signifiait l'impossibilité de négocier à l'amiable. J'ai quitté l'hôtel à 11 heures et j'ai essayé de négocier un retard de 30 minutes au moment du départ. si je ne pouvais pas partir à 11 heures, une pénalité de 80 $ me serait facturée. Au final, j'ai fait mes bagages le plus vite possible, c'est tellement inhumain de partir après tout🙄.

Le service de l'hôtel est très mauvais. Il prend si longtemps juste de me check-in quand j'étais le seul à enregistrer à l'époque. Il était à 1 h. Ils m'ont donné une chambre dans laquelle quelqu'un est déjà à l'intérieur de la chambre. Ils m'ont pardonné et m'ont mis à jour gratuitement pour la suite.

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.
