Hôtels à Comte de Denton avec parking

Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

La cohérence de l'hôtel Aloft m'a toujours agréablement accueilli. Service, chambre, nettoyage et lit sont confortables. Le parking est complimentaire - juste nécessaire pour informer le bureau frontal. Le tarif EV est également disponible sur place (paiement supplémentaire requis, je crois). Il a une table de travail qui me permet de travailler sur la route, donc j'ai resté plus longtemps.

The Hotel and staff was awesome. The room is spacious. The problem I had was the room door had space at the bottom and this allows intruders or those with wrong mindsets accessibility for someone to attempt to get into a room easily. This needs to be corrected.

喫煙所は外にありました。 何箇所かにあって、でも灰皿が最初少し分かりづらかったですが、一度分かれば迷わなくなりました 笑 部屋は綺麗でしたが、ヒーターがすぐに作動しなくて少し寒かったです。 キングサイズのベットは硬さも丁度良く快適でした。 シャワールームに置いてあるシャンプーとコンディショナー。 なぜか、ボディソープは無くコンディショナーが2つ置いてありました 笑 私はトランジットのためにここのホテルを使用しましたが、空港からホテルまでのシャトルバスは無く、タクシーを使用しました。 空港までのタクシー料金は、おおよそ30ドルでした。 初めてのアメリカ旅行で、英語もあまり話せない私からすると、朝食はとても難しく感じました。 女性がこちらが要求したものを皿に入れてくれるのですが、英語でメニューがボードに書かれてるので、eggとBaconしか読めませんでした。 中身が見えるようにすれば、読めなくても食べたいものをチョイス出来そうです。 それは改善していただきたいです。 アメニティーに関しても良くも悪くもなく、ただ滞在するだけなら特に問題はありませんでした。 また利用したいと思います。 ホテル全体はとても静かで良かったです。

Great stay. Very nice and clean and has a new look to it. The lounge/ bar area is very beautifully decorated. Very cozy. Will stay again. Room is clean. We stayed at the suite with a sofa. Had free sodas and water in the fridge to use. And a Keurig machine.

The hotel was good beds are very comfortable and the pillows, breakfast was good I would recommend staying at this hotel again 

Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais un peu froid. Le service au bureau était excellent -- l'équipe était amicale et s'est échappé à leur façon d'être utile. Le salon n'était pas vide et quand nous avons demandé une chambre propre, il n'était pas très bien fait. Ils étaient peu nombreux, mais ils devraient aborder le bébé, qui n'est pas sain.

Ça vaut la peine de le recommander.

Difficulty checking in, no answers when room got hot at night and the in-unit AC was unresponsive. Went down to the front desk, which was very excellent at assisting with change at checkin details for us- but there wasnt anyone there nor any sign about being in break. I went outside for a drink across the street, and I had a chat with a coworker I ran into at the Caseys gas station and returned a total if 25 minutes after I left the Super 8 and still didnt see anyone. Everything else was perfect but waking up three times in sweats, and calling the front desk two of those times to no avail- was concerning because any of the other time- such as in the morning before check-out; staff was fantastically attentive- but not 24/7

This hotel is so nice and easy to get in and out of no problems at all I will be going back it’s been a return trip for sure
