Wow Wow Wow what a hotel - Service was excellent - The Room was extra clean and stocked with towels - The staff were extra special - Duan , Melchia, Maya and Julio helped with our luggage - Nice young man, What a room - Amazing and the hole expierence and ambiance of the Hotels is really special - Defiantly recommend this one

Le lit n'était pas propre. Il y avait des cheveux et des effondres sur les feuilles! Le bureau frontal était très gentil et nous a apporté quelques feuilles. Elle a dit qu'elle était la seule à l'hôtel, de sorte qu'elle ne pouvait envoyer personne pour changer les feuilles pour nous, donc nous avons dû changer notre propre lit! A 10 h, après avoir été au lit, nous avons commencé à entendre quelqu'un qui courait et sautait dans la chambre au-dessus de nous. Le bureau a dit qu'elle s'en occuperait et que le bruit s'arrêtait après quelques minutes.

Chambre propre. Pas de vêtements de nettoyage ou d'autres types de garde-robe pour déballer les vêtements; hangers disponibles, avec plancher de fer/fer. Sèche-cheveux. Pas de micro-ondes même si on l'a vue dans la pièce pic. Café adéquat mais peut être plus agréable. Tolieries fournies (usage unique). Personnel ami & utile. Ne pouvait pas se connecter à Wifi; doit utiliser le mot de passe de l'administrateur d'hôtel qu'ils fournis. La machine à glace sur mon étage n'a pas fonctionné, facile accès à une autre unité sur un autre étage via l'ascenseur. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Les chambres sont à la fois chauffées et calmes.

Very clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of ”anything else?” etc. Turned TV's onto sports but no volume. As if anyone is into leg volleyball? Indoor pool is UNHEATED, slick flooring as is the pool deck. Could not enjoy it at all. Pool needs to be declared UNHEATED! Had to interrupt desk clerk at checkout (she was texting on her phone). No questions as to how was stay, etc. Very disappointed, needless to say. Will not be staying there again..

The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle.  This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

Would have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞 But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍 Everything was clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍 We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

I was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.

L'hôtel est plus ancien, surtout dans le quartier général, il a un goût humide et je ne me sens pas propre. Mais il est très bien situé, le parking est grand, la chambre est grande, le service est bon, le petit déjeuner est bon, parce que je suis familiarisé, je vis ici plusieurs fois. Un hôtel de la ville de Wahao, à côté, a été hébergé, bien que luxueux, la chambre est petite, il a également signalé deux alertes de feu à minuit, le prix est trop bas et l'expérience est trop mauvaise. Alors, vous habitez souvent cette maison.

Nous avons visité le week-end de Valentine, a été en mesure de check-in à 2h. Chambre propre et agréable. Douche était étonnante et propre. Seule la plainte est que nous aurions pu utiliser 4 pillows au lieu de 3.
