MMiss InformationThe snowstorms have started early in Iowa so I was extremely happy to walk into the warm hotel and check in. The desk clerk was friendly but not overly so. Check in was very quick and I was quickly on my way to a beautiful and blessedly warm room. Noise was a bit loud as wedding guests came in after 1am and I was near the elevators. Check out was seamless and breakfast at the hotel cafe was quick, friendly and tasty.

IInvitéLa chambre était propre, spacieuse et calme. Le personnel de l'hôtel était gentil, courtois et utile. Nous avons reçu une carte de boisson pour trois boissons gratuites chacune, mais nous avons également reçu un popcorn chaud gratuit pour une partie de notre séjour.

IInvitéExcellent service from Tracey and her team. She was so kind, helpful and friendly. All staffs at the reception was so welcoming. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfy and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was delicious with variety of choices. We wished to have stayed here longer but had to catch a flight the next day. Definitely returning in the future. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Des Moines. Thanks to every staffs for making our stay amazing!!

Nous avons eu un peu de malentendu entre l'hôtel et trip.com concernant le paiement, mais ils ont réglé le problème rapidement et le personnel n'a pas tardé à arranger les choses pour nous ! Nous avons apprécié à la fois le bain à remous et la piscine et les deux étaient exactement ce dont nous avions besoin !! L'hôtel était suffisamment éloigné du centre-ville pour être paisible mais suffisamment proche pour que tout soit accessible. La plus grande chose qui s'est démarquée était la gentillesse du personnel. A recommander absolument.

IInvitéI have had an excellent 3-day stay at this hotel. The beds are comfortable, towels are thick and room is nicely updated, quiet and clean. Totally love the telescoping magnifying mirror on the wall and I really appreciate having a cover on the toilet. (Some places don’t have that anymore. 😱)
Breakfast had many choices: awesome waffles, fruit, whipped cream, cereal, bagels and cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, and alternating hot egg and sausage choices, and daily biscuits and gravy (highly recommended).
The pool area is small but functional.The hot tub was in working order and the water temperature was good. (I personally like it a little hotter, but that’s just me.) Just ask if you want the lights turned on while you’re in there.
I had no problem checking in and staff was very helpful throughout my stay.
A previous reviewer had showed concern about the fire doors not being closed at all times, however, they are magnetic and will automatically close in the case of a fire, so no worries there.
Location is convenient to a major arterial and interstate and I had no problems finding the hotel. Close to many popular locations.
Thanks for a great stay at a reasonable price.

IInvitéLa salle de bain n'a pas été nettoyée, le pot de café n'a pas été lavé, les vêtements de lavage étaient vagues, mais dans l'ensemble, il était une belle chambre moderne, très propre et organisée. Le bureau de front était très gentil et agréable, ce que nous appréciions aussi.

IInvitéI bought this location on ******* and it was a great price when I try to extend my stay for another week the price almost doubled so I had to find another place to stay unfortunately I would have liked to have stayed for a longer period of time everything was nice there although I just used it as a place to stay after work
