DDarylLa chambre est très confortable et vous trouverez un établissement de qualité. Il est un peu bruyant là-bas, commençant le matin, mais nous n'avons pas remarqué de bruit pendant le sommeil. La piscine intérieure était la seule ouverte. Il n'est pas vraiment grand, mais il est agréable. Le petit déjeuner était un repas à l'hôtel chaud, buffet. Le fabricant de waffles, les œufs et/ou le bacon, le café, le chocolat chaud, le chocolat chaud de vanille français (pas de chocolat naturel), les pâtes, les céréales, le OJ, le yogurt (avec les noix et les granules disponibles).

First they took all money at the morning from card i didn’t wanna to use , then when we are arrived to hotel they get other credit card and use that for deposit , but anyway from my other card they took 10 dollars ! What management do their job like this ????? And about breakfast! Horrible ! You get the coupons for breakfast and you can’t take coffee and water ! one drink for the breakfast:coffee or water or juice ! All the days they confused our orders ! Service at the hotel one star!!!! Never seen that at Marriott hotels ! They even didn’t give water for the status like it usually do ! Because we booked through trip .com . But it is ok ! Other things are just disappointing! It was my birthday trip!

HHrishi MenonNous avons séjourné ici pour 3 nuits en famille. L'hôtel dispose de nombreuses installations pour garder les enfants heureux et engagés. Le parc d'eau intérieur était bon avec quelques slides. La décoration du Thanksgiving était magnifique. Ils ont également fait beaucoup d'activités de 8 h 30 à 9 h 45 pour entretenir les familles et les enfants, et c'était vraiment gentil avec eux. Ils ont un petit déjeuner, une boutique de crème glacée, un maïs de pop aromatisé et un magasin de bonbons et une pizzarie. Le petit déjeuner a été offert par la place ”A la carte”, sans buffet. Dans l'ensemble, il est un très bon endroit pour les familles avec des enfants. Les enfants ne se sentiront jamais fatigués même si ils doivent passer une journée entière à l'hôtel. Et la situation est parfaite.

IInvitéGood for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

ZzachedelicThis place had SO much potential, but little by little, it proved to be a hotel I cannot recommend in good conscience.
I booked a ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for my wife and I, from the date of January 21st to January 25th. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly, but was facing the dilemma of deciding which room to put my wife and me in, because a water line had burst the previous night, causing the cold water to shut off completely for the first couple days of our stay.
The receptionist (at the time of my check-in), was likely also a/the manager, and she offered to switch our room out for another. I declined, however, due to the fact that none of the available, vacant rooms had jetted jacuzzi tubs in them, and the jetted tub was one of the biggest features which drew me into booking the room.
We ended up staying in the original room (with the temporarily broken water line), and the manager told me it would be no issue to appropriately partially refund our money, or compensate us for the many issues we experienced, monetarily.

IInvitéI was worried but I am glad I gave them a chance. Some of the reviews had me scared but my experience was great. First and most important to the person who said the place had bedbugs I looked trying to find one and I never did see any. The linen was so clean I honestly think it was new, the sheets and the towels. Mirrors had no streaks or spots on any of them. The shower had no water stains or spots. The fridge looked like it had never been used. It was so clean. I have never been able to sleep on a new bed without waking up to the worse back pain and for the first time ever the pain was less than as if I was at home in my own bed. Pleasantly surprised! I also seen some complaints about the breakfast so let me tell you….awesome! There was quite a selection to choose between biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt an assortment of juices, muffins and they kept it stocked clean and great! When I go back my next visit I will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience.

MMAINT65The Hotel is old and very few improvements. Just one hook up for charging phone and it's at desk light. Which is not even close to were your bed is. The so called carpet is older than me I believe. Bathroom sink does not have a working sink stopper cause the sink faucet is not made to have one. Pictures I learned can be adjusted. The elevator used to get to ground floor shook Everytime you use it
I would not adverse staying HERE for the the money is not worth it The location is not worth the money
They have made money off the property and not put money back in property I bet the room fire smoke detector guess it is a dual type hasn't never been replaced Micro Hotels I thought had better standards

IInvitéL'hôtel était plus ancien mais propre. Convenant à Gatlinburg, et le parking de la montagne de Smoky. La chambre avait tout ce que vous aviez besoin de mini-frigo, petit café, sèche-cheveux. Un ascenseur au deuxième et troisième étages. Mais il n'était pas confortable à deux extrémités des grandes entrées extérieures. Les lits étaient confortables. La chambre avait une télévision à écran plat, mais les contrôles à distance ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons essayé de téléphoner au bureau avant, mais le téléphone n'a pas fonctionné. Ils ont dit qu'ils ne savaient pas que les chambres avaient des téléphones. Ils nous ont donné une nouvelle télé qui n'avait pas fonctionné. Il n'y avait qu'un lavabo et un toilet dans la chambre, mais ils nous ont donné plus quand nous sommes allés au bureau. La piscine était ouverte mais pas chauffée comme annoncé.
