Hôtels à Comte de Sevier avec parking

I booked room with pay at the hotel with breakfast ! First they took all money at the morning from card i didn’t wanna to use , then when we are arrived to hotel they get other credit card and use that for deposit , but anyway from my other card they took 10 dollars ! What management do their job like this ????? And about breakfast! Horrible ! You get the coupons for breakfast and you can’t take coffee and water ! one drink for the breakfast:coffee or water or juice ! All the days they confused our orders ! Service at the hotel one star!!!! Never seen that at Marriott hotels ! They even didn’t give water for the status like it usually do ! Because we booked through trip .com . But it is ok ! Other things are just disappointing! It was my birthday trip!

去大霧山住在BW， BW酒店房間多，上下方便， 中間游泳池也大， 那天下大雨， 第二天上山，山上的霧很多。其實大霧山的景色在浙江福建是很多的， 非常普通， 不過後麪的藍嶺公路確實不錯。

Good for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

This place had SO much potential, but little by little, it proved to be a hotel I cannot recommend in good conscience. I booked a ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for my wife and I, from the date of January 21st to January 25th. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly, but was facing the dilemma of deciding which room to put my wife and me in, because a water line had burst the previous night, causing the cold water to shut off completely for the first couple days of our stay. The receptionist (at the time of my check-in), was likely also a/the manager, and she offered to switch our room out for another. I declined, however, due to the fact that none of the available, vacant rooms had jetted jacuzzi tubs in them, and the jetted tub was one of the biggest features which drew me into booking the room. We ended up staying in the original room (with the temporarily broken water line), and the manager told me it would be no issue to appropriately partially refund our money, or compensate us for the many issues we experienced, monetarily.

La chambre est plus vieille, mais l'hygiène générale est bonne, pas de remorques, gardez-vous à l'esprit avec les remorques, en outre, vous devez garder l'esprit au premier étage, ils demanderont  le goût de la nourriture, trouver votre chambre, donc vous devez mettre la nourriture.

L'hôtel est très bien géré, et il a été très agréable de voir le personnel travailler ensemble et se soutenir l'un l'autre. Lors de mon séjour, certaines parties du sol étaient en rénovation, mais cela est compréhensible, mais il y avait un odeur remarquable et des signes visibles de travail en cours, qui ont légèrement affecté l'impression générale. La chambre était très froide, et il y avait quelques détails qui pourraient être améliorés. J'ai aussi remarqué un cheveux noir sur le lit à l'arrivée. Une chose que j'ai appréciée était que le café et le thé étaient disponibles dans le lobby la plupart du temps. Pour un hôtel 4-star, 🫣🫣🫣 Globalement, cet hôtel pourrait être une bonne option si les alternatives sont limitées et avec une attention particulière aux détails, il a le potentiel d'offrir un séjour plus confortable.

I was worried but I am glad I gave them a chance. Some of the reviews had me scared but my experience was great. First and most important to the person who said the place had bedbugs I looked trying to find one and I never did see any. The linen was so clean I honestly think it was new, the sheets and the towels. Mirrors had no streaks or spots on any of them. The shower had no water stains or spots. The fridge looked like it had never been used. It was so clean. I have never been able to sleep on a new bed without waking up to the worse back pain and for the first time ever the pain was less than as if I was at home in my own bed. Pleasantly surprised! I also seen some complaints about the breakfast so let me tell you….awesome! There was quite a selection to choose between biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt an assortment of juices, muffins and they kept it stocked clean and great! When I go back my next visit I will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience.

I have stayed here at least 8 times in total. I've always felt appreciated and valued. The last two stays not at all like previous stays. The guy was rude. This time the lady put me in an undesirable room in a corner with no view of the river. I choose here to sit out on the back to enjoy it. This relaxes me after the long drive of 700+ miles. A hot shower and listening to the quiet natural surroundings. This time after putting my luggage in side I took the cart back. Open the door and saw nothing but bushes and to my left cars from other businesses I went back requested one of my other previous ones as the windows were open and they were vacant. She flat out said no. I cant help it. That's your room Period. Walked away. Then the guest above and their noise , running in and out screaming. Next the racoon knocked all night. No sleeping. Just asked as I went outside they laughed at me and got louder. Horrible. As schools r letting out. Probably be worse. So I'll probably choose different until they return to their earlier behavior

The Hotel is old and very few improvements. Just one hook up for charging phone and it's at desk light. Which is not even close to were your bed is. The so called carpet is older than me I believe. Bathroom sink does not have a working sink stopper cause the sink faucet is not made to have one. Pictures I learned can be adjusted. The elevator used to get to ground floor shook Everytime you use it I would not adverse staying HERE for the the money is not worth it The location is not worth the money They have made money off the property and not put money back in property I bet the room fire smoke detector guess it is a dual type hasn't never been replaced Micro Hotels I thought had better standards I spent right at 30 years as a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR so I do when things could be better !!!!!!!!!!!!

L'hôtel était plus ancien mais propre. Convenant à Gatlinburg, et le parking de la montagne de Smoky. La chambre avait tout ce que vous aviez besoin de mini-frigo, petit café, sèche-cheveux. Un ascenseur au deuxième et troisième étages. Mais il n'était pas confortable à deux extrémités des grandes entrées extérieures. Les lits étaient confortables. La chambre avait une télévision à écran plat, mais les contrôles à distance ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons essayé de téléphoner au bureau avant, mais le téléphone n'a pas fonctionné. Ils ont dit qu'ils ne savaient pas que les chambres avaient des téléphones. Ils nous ont donné une nouvelle télé qui n'avait pas fonctionné. Il n'y avait qu'un lavabo et un toilet dans la chambre, mais ils nous ont donné plus quand nous sommes allés au bureau. La piscine était ouverte mais pas chauffée comme annoncé.
