Hôtels à Comte de Saint Johns avec parking

We stayed at this venue for two nights for our trip to St. Augustine. The hotel was very clean and had been recently updated. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. We immediately felt comfortable there. On the first day, we went to breakfast at 9:30. There were no egg products available and a couple of bits of sausage. There were NO FORKS!!! We spoke to the person who oversaw the breakfast and she apologized and said there were no forks. I complained to the front desk and they agreed to take the parking charge ($20/day) from our bill. The following day, the breakfast was fully stocked, even forks! This hotel is a gem. Close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

It was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience

Great customer service. Rick was friendly, funny and helpful. Had a good sleep on the beds. Evening social hour, snacks,& refreshments were nice. Breakfast quiche was delicious! Very nice breakfast served,& view of water, awesome! I have two suggestions that would make my rating a 5.  The floors in our room were dirty enough to make my sisters new, clean, white socks black.  The tv remote fell behind the dresser/ refrigerator console. When I slid it away from the wall to retrieve the remote, it was pretty dirty back there. Shower may have been clean, but maybe due to the brown grout, appeared dirty.  We were questioning the cleanliness, after seeing my sister’s socks,& chose not to use the shower .😬 As a suggestion, putting some type of reflective tape, paint or lighting at the different step elevations . ( my 83 yr old brother in law missed the step, leading to our parked car, and fell, getting pretty banged up). Overall, despite the negative observations,  we enjoyed our stay, the location,& would stay here again.

Nous avons apprécié chaque matin une salle de balcon et un magnifique petit-déjeuner buffet . La piscine était bonne et avait beaucoup de lits solaires . Notre plage préférée était Hammock Park Beach . Le vendredi soir , une équipe de football et ses parents sont arrivés et , malheureusement , ils ont été autorisés à courir en rigueur et à courir dans les ascenseurs de fenêtres de verre . Le petit déjeuner buffet n' était pas disponible tous les matins et nous avons commandé un menu qui n' était pas très vaste à la sélection . L' hôtel est rénové en raison de la date des chambres .

beautiful hotel and food was good although we saw two couples leave angry because of more than a 30 minute wait for breakfast. staff present were doing their best but the kitchen staff couldn’t keep up with orders   from my personal viewpoint, my only complaint is the additional $25 per night for parking. it feels like just another way to squeeze the customer

Our hotel room was very clean, and spacious. we arrived early and were let in right away, without any hesitation. The bed was comfortable (a little on the hard side, but not too hard). Our room might have been recently remodeled as it was spotless. The breakfast was sufficient, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, cereals, breads, bagels and muffins and whole fruit, plus good coffee. All workers were very friendly. We didn't use the pool or spa, but it looked clean.Great location with easy access to beach and plenty of restaurants walkable.

Nice stay. We had a queen room at the back of the building, so it was relatively quiet. Not a large room, but spacious enough for my husband and I. The rooms are renovated to update an old motel and they did a good job with the theme of the pink tropical flamingo to lean into that retro esthetic. Shower was nice. Only downside was that the room had a bit of a musty smell. When we arrived the sheets were damp. Not sure of it was high humidity which caused it, but we contacted the support staff and they resolved it promptly, having the on-site housekeeping staff bring new sheets. There is also a dehumidifier in the room, so it does seem like something they are addressing. Was also excited about the coffee machine in the lounge room as other reviews had noted for a quick cup of decent coffee on the go. I was satisfied with the fresh espresso, but my husband was a little disappointed that their machine wasn't making the milk based drinks properly (probably out of milk for the days we were there?) And had to use artificial milk/creamer instead. All and all a 4/5 stars stay.

Le service était bon, ma télévision n'a pas fonctionné mais le gars de la réception a apporté un remplacement dans les minutes. Le petit déjeuner était inattendu, tout en plastique et le choix était limité, mais le café était super. Je reviendrai, j'espère pas, mais si je le faisais, ce n'est pas le pire endroit que j'ai jamais resté.

Front desk was accommodating to needs...very pleasant.

The room provided wasn't 100% ready on our arrival the rooms advertised refrigerator was pulled out from its location with the door left opensitting on top of a towel collecting water that had been leaking for some time. Mint. Did respond quickly to the matter by cleaning up the watery mess and getting the refrigerated back into place. The refrigerator was plugged back in but eventually started to leak during the past 3 days of stay. The room did feel damp as there may have been high humidity present.
