TtobesterSuper convenient location inside Terminal D at DFW airport. So easy for late night arrival or early morning flight. Check-in staff were friendly and offered bottled water and snacks, and upgraded us to a runway view room, nice.
Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortably firm. Decor is the black dominant era Grand Hyatt style. Note that this hotel started renovations in mid July and several floors have been removed from service. Look forward to a more modern update following this.
Bottled water inside the room is complimentary only for higher status World of Hyatt members. Seems a little petty for a Grand Hyatt - it's water not champagne, you can do better Hyatt!

IInvitéSi nous sommes passés dans le hall du Staybridge, nous sommes étonnés de la belle et bien décorée de cet hôtel et, après avoir vérifié notre chambre, nous n'avons jamais réalisé que notre cauchemar ne commencerait que. Notre clé de chambre ne ouvrirait aucune des portes extérieures pour l'entrée, donc nous avons demandé au clef ce qui était erroné et elle a dit qu'il y avait un problème avec la porte, donc elle aurait dû vérifier l'entretien et entre-temps elle nous a délivré une carte clé qui Il a travaillé mais il a expiré cette soirée et n'a plus travaillé et nous avons encore une fois été fermés en gardant des sacs de magasins et de marchandises de Walmart et nous avons dû marcher tout autour du Brdg. Portant nos choses pour entrer par l'entrée frontale. Puis, quand j'ai utilisé la main et la crème de visage de DOVE dans la salle de bain pour appliquer à mon corps, il avait un odeur terrible d'être rasé et devait immédiatement laver. Encore une fois, nous avons décidé de quitter votre hôtel et de passer les 3 jours à l'hôtel Best-Western à côté de la porte, alors que nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes, de problèmes ou de problèmes inconfortables.

IInvitéEntered hotel and tried to check in. No one arrived to check us in for 10 minutes. After finally getting checked in, went to room. Everything in room was clean and in order. Left and came back several times and was greeted and acknowledged by person at desk each time. One weird thing is that the only clock in the room was on the microwave. There is no alarm clock. Went to the breakfast buffet the next morning. Everything was good and plentiful. Had scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausage, ham and egg sandwiches. Also had bread items, muffins, oatmeal, waffles and different juices plus coffee, tea water and hot cocoa packets. Next night was good except for thoughtless people next to us who kept yelling at their crying kids. Fun night! Breakfast next morning was similar to first morning. Also had chocolate chip cookies in the evening by front desk. Check out was fast and easy and had the e-mail my receipt. I have stayed here before and would stay again if I was traveling in the area.

IInvitéMy daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

IInvitéLes employés étaient très courtoissés et amis. J'étais déçu quand j'ai dû payer ma voiture à un taux de 30/night de $, que je n'avais pas été informé avant l'arrivée. J'ai pensé que je devais mentionner pour que les autres sachent ce qu'ils attendaient. La chambre était propre, comme l'hôtel.

Le petit-fils a été très bien placé, mais il a laissé son mascotte de jouets formés.
