Hôtels à Comte de Volusia avec parking

We ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean. Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable. My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped. Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days. I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does

Very dissatisfied. I upgraded our room to a “private” balcony. It wasn’t private. Everyone on the floors above us could look right down on our balcony. Someone above us apparently broke a glass on their balcony and brushed it off onto ours as my wife walked out and stepped on a piece of glass.  In order to watch any good tv, I would have had to download and pay for a sharing app to share my streaming apps, that I already pay for, with the tv in our room. Food was blah and extremely over priced.

Le prix est super, la plage est jolie et la voiture peut rouler sur le dessus. Il y en a 711 de l'autre côté de la route, et même du homard rouge.

We stayed on the thanksgiving weekend and there was a large car show at the track so it was loud at night, but the property itself was very nice, as close as you can get to Daytona beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We did check out a day early, but only because everything was closed for the holiday which was completely our fault not the hotels. There is lots of shopping, entertainment and restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay again.

L'étage supérieur était super. La vue est magnifique, le patio était confortable. La chambre était très calme même si c'était près de l'ascenseur il n'y avait aucun problème. Les lits étaient confortables les oreillers étaient très doux mais pas mon style mais ils étaient super le jacuzzi n'a pas de jets qui fonctionnent. Justin à la réception a dit que puisque l'eau était chaude, cela fonctionnait à moitié. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un très bon moment et j'y retournerais volontiers c'est juste sur la plage et il y a une bonne piscine une belle zone de baignade pour les enfants séparée de la piscine avec la clôture et le parking était gratuit. Tout le personnel était très gentil dans l'ensemble

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was super friendly!! A++ Onlt drawback was that we paid extra for Oceanview and our room was in the side so we saw a SLIVER of the ocean from our balcony. Not ocean front at all. The pool was ice cold- but I suppose that’s to be expected this time of year. Overall would stay again but not play for oceanview.

Hotel was mostly clean and location is good for vehicle users, otherwise it's a 30min bus ride or overpriced taxi from Daytona Beach Bus or Greyhound Station. Service was mediocre. Despite having good staff levels, they purposely only have 1 person at check in and check out leading up long queues and rude service, interrupted by staff answering calls and speaking to other staff. Despite what their DIRECT website states, they offer no breakfast and no complimentary drinks on arrival or happy hour. A mixed bag overall and only worth staying here if you get a good deal.

La location était parfaite pour ce que nous avons besoin. La piscine était agréable et l'accès à la plage était parfait. Le personnel était moins que d'inviter et certains étaient juste rudes. Les chambres étaient de bonne taille mais HOT. Il fallait acheter un fan pour dormir. Les unités AC ne fonctionnent pas comme ils devraient. Le fan dans la salle de bain ne fait pas son travail. Il a dû doucher avec la porte ouverte pour respirer. Les portes ne se scellent pas de sorte que l'air chaud puisse encore plus être entré dans une salle déjà chaude. Si ma chambre n'avait pas été prépayée, je me laisserais après la première nuit. Nous étions misérables essayant de dormir. Cette LqQuinta N'est pas vivant jusqu'à ce que j'ai passé plusieurs années. Très Déçu!

C'est ce qu'il s'agit. Un endroit abordable pour rester. Pas aussi glamour ou aussi nouveau que d'autres endroits, mais si vous êtes sur un budget et voyagez, il est un grand endroit pour rester.
