IInvitéWhen we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view.
The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

IInvitéThe hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

IInvitéVery nice hotel, clean and beautifully kept. It has several pools and hot tubs, restaurant on site and spa. Location is perfect, right outside of the national park, next to the visitor center. It’s the closest hotel to the park except Zion lodge which is in the park itself. This Hilton curio hotel is much nicer than Zion lodge of course. Great view of the river and mountains out back, food at restaurant was delicious and portions were huge huge. Highly recommend to order one entree only and share for 2 people, it’s too much for one. I couldn’t finish even half of it and I was really hungry.

Je vous dis que ce n'est pas votre camping moyen. ✨ Tout est magnifiquement conçu et incroyablement cool, du lit plush et de la salle de bain privée au décor doux et élégant qui vous font sentir comme vous êtes dans un boutique-resort entouré de rochers rouges.
Je suis resté dans l'une de leurs signatures Airstream Suites, ces remorques d'aluminium brillantes qui sont devenues la marque de l'AutoCamp. La grande fenêtre ouvre à une vue étonnante des montagnes rouges d'Utah une vue qui vous fait lentement respirer.
Le haut-four ? Heure de nuit. 🌌
Chaque suite est équipée de sa propre cave à feu. Mon ami et moi, nous étions assis dehors, à la tour de marshmallows, à la tour de vin, et à regarder les étoiles remplir le ciel lentement.
Le matin, nous avons marqué au café de lobby, où ils offrent du café, de la granola et du yogurt simple mais parfait.
Si vous avez rêvé de reconnecter avec la nature sans sacrifier le confort, AutoCamp Zion est le lieu parfait. 🌿
Il est calme, beau et conçu de manière conçue pour vous faire sentir fondée, inspirée et totalement facile.

IInvitéI got a $47 a night price so I can’t complain too much. The amenities for the kids is great-pool, hot tub, basket ball court, mini golf. The building shows its age but that doesn’t bother me staying at a place if it is clean. The bed was clean and comfortable enough. My main and only complaint was the towels. The entire point of white hotel towels is you can bleach them and people can see they are clean. The towels were so old they don’t bleach the dirt out anymore and they are still using them or their washing facilities don’t work. Why? This is an easy fix and they felt too gross to use for me. All 3 wash cloths were dingy looking and one had a clear lipstick mark on it that hadn’t washed out. Of the three towels I got only one looked clean enough to use. People can be ok with an aging building Red Lion if things are clean. This is an easy fix. I might stay here again at that deal, but it’s a definite maybe.

IInvitéAll the staff we met were very nice and at least tried to help - some newness showed as not everyone was fully trained or new answers to fairly basic questions. We knew the resort was still under construction and that there would be noise from time to time but what we didnt expect was routine dynamite explosions directly across the street from our room. Thankfully that ended early in the day so didnt disrupt sleep. The most important letdown was NO WHERE on the website or any communication we received did they inform us that the pool and hot tub are closed! The sad thing is the only reason we were given was its due to a railing needing repaired - all the pool chairs and everything are set up and ready to go. Publish this on your website so people are aware!!
