Bon établissement, petit déjeuner était bon et délicieux et le lit était si confortable que je voulais prolonger mon séjour mais il a été vendu à l'extérieur

Le stationnement est gratuit, sur le terrain. Le petit-déjeuner est très simple, à l'occidentale, œufs brouillés, galettes, céréales épaisses, morceaux de pommes de terre au four, jus de fruits, pain, œufs au plat, peuvent être en libre-service en un seul point. C'est un style de famille américaine, les équipements ne sont pas mal, mais ce n'est pas un style avec des hôtels domestiques. L'emplacement est correct, essentiellement à l'université. C'est assez pour moi, pas des vacances.

Je suis heureux de me surprendre à quel point ce motel est joli. Même pendant que les rénovations sont en cours, tout était propre, et bien décoré. Mon lit était céleste. Les coussins .... ahhhhhhh. Bon arrangement, confortable et très propre. Le salon est très confortable et il est très confortable.

La chambre est grande et comprend le petit déjeuner, la réception est très enthousiaste, les compliments, vous y vivrez la prochaine fois.

Rooms need upgrades. Facilities are aging. The stay and staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. We would stay there again. It was very convenient to the events we were attending.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

La chambre est légèrement vieille, mais la santé est bonne, les fournitures de lit et les toilettes sont très propres. L'attitude de service de la réception est très bonne, mais vous devez pouvoir entendre l'anglais. L'environnement est très bon, le stationnement est très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner est simple, le petit-déjeuner est habituel pour être servi à l'ouest, il ne devrait pas être provoqué. En général, la recommandation est maintenue, après tout, le rapport coût-efficacité est là, l'Hilton Garden Hotel dans la même zone coûte 50%, il est séjourné deux fois par mois.

We stayed here for a 3-day hockey tournament. The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and convenient to have a microwave and fridge. There are plenty of eateries and nearby supermarkets if needed. Unfortunately, our tournament games ended up being 40-45min from the hotel, so that was too much driving in one weekend, but that’s not the hotel’s problem. It was a very pleasant stay.

Location was great. The room was okay it was comfortable. The sink did not drain well and there was a huge bug on the ceiling. It would of been nice to have been a bit closer to the lobby as we were kinda a hike away
