The private entrance to the apartment is off of the 40 ft. covered waterfront patio for apartment guests exclusive use. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio and alfresco meals under the twinkling lights. Beautifully appointed apartment with a well stocked gourmet kitchen, sleep on silky soft bed linens, extra personal supplies & linens in the large bathroom, washer & dryer, 2 large bedrooms with a spacious living room, 40ft. private patio overlooking the South River in Annapolis. Off street parking is provided for up to 4 cars. The deep water pier is available for guests to use for fishing, crabbing or just enjoying the fascinating views of water and wildlife. A Peaceful Hidden Gem on the South River
We spent a wonderful week at this cozy ground-level retreat overlooking the South River Sanctuary. It was perfect for us, and my wifes’ elderly mom. The view was absolutely beautiful—lush greenery and calm water right outside our patio. There’s a narrow trail leading down to a private pier, where we set crab traps with chicken legs generously provided by our host (and yes, the girls caught some!).The two-bedroom space was clean, quiet, and private, with everything we needed—including a full laundry room, easy parking, and helpful local recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment. We grilled dinner most nights and enjoyed it on the patio, no matter the weather. The setting was so peaceful—we spotted cardinals, ducks, lizards, squirrels, a fox, deer, a daily visit from a great blue heron, and even a local rowing team and some adventurous swimmers.The neighborhood was friendly, and the whole experience felt like discovering a secret little cove. Mom loved sitting on the patio just watching the water and trees. My husband was thrilled to grill and relax with a soccer game on TV. My wife loved the soft, cool bed after long, hot July days.Highly recommend for anyone seeking tranquility, nature, and a touch of adventure—all in one spot.Our hostess Susan was so awesome and is a new friend and we loved the area so much that we choose to move here! I highly recommend this hidden Gem.

This is the best Vacation Rental I have ever stayed at. Susan is such a pleasure and her property is an oasis right in the city! I cannot recommend it enough and I will be back!!!!Book with confidence!

River View and Dock
This two bedroom lower level walk out apartment has every amenity, plus a fabulous view. We plan to go back again and again. The owner was extremely helpful and provided recommendations for outings and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Cozy Hideaway
Quiet clean roomy with great view and private pier.
Susan is a wondeful host, she lives upstairs and made sure we had everything we needed and showed us where all of the amenties are.

Waterfront Getaway
Beautiful location and was very nice and quiet. Dead end street on the waterfront of the South River. Views were excellent! Abundance of wild life, saw deer and fox every day. Accommodations were very nice. Host was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions or needs. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful place on the water
The house was amazing with a beautiful view over the bay. It was very private and felt like you were living in the wilderness. It had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer to wash my clothes, and I was visited by many animals on the back porch from deer grazing at night to a groundhog. Susan was super nice and a very excellent host. I will definitely be staying there next time I go visit my son.

Rest and relax
This was the perfect place for us to relax and rest! The breeze off the water kept the air cool on the deck! It is a beautiful place and we will be back!

Nice walkout basement apartment with great water views and dock
We were a vendor at the boat show and it was a perfect place to stay
Susan was a great host and even got us a great parking deal by the Annapolis harbor
