Upon arrival at 3:30 PM, my family experienced a nearly hour-long delay reaching an agent for their room booking due to an inaccessible phone line and a significant wait in the lobby. By 4:30 PM, they successfully connected with an agent and their stay proceeded smoothly thereafter. This initial difficulty was the only negative aspect of an otherwise pleasant experience.

We had a pleasant stay. The team was responsive with our simple queries thru trip.com chatbox. Clean room. working wifi. clean toilet. clean kitchen countertop. clean and functioning refrigerator.

The house is clean but it smelt bad - like a cigarette smoke. The air-conditioning unit and the heater in the shower were functioning well. However, as guests, we expected that the host would help us in our needs especially with pool access. To be able to swim in the pool, we need to buy a ticket but the staff at the payment center did not give us because according to her, there is an existing balance under the host's unit. So we were affected, and instead of solving this, the host became unresponsive despite messaging her on trip.com chat, Whatspp and on her number. I felt pity for my niece who was not able to enjoy the playground and the pool. Terrible service.

The location is good, and the service is satisfactory. The staff assisted us during check-in. However, the main issue is that I had to request basic necessities, such as glasses, plates, forks, and a pan, as none of these were provided. The unit only had a refrigerator and microwave. I had expected these items to be available, as the advertisement mentioned several amenities. Additionally, there was no TV in the unit, which was disappointing since there was no entertainment. Now, I am still waiting and coordinating with the staff regarding the security deposit, which was supposed to be refunded after check-out. A few days have passed, and there is still no update.

Overall stay was a slay Check-in and check-out process? Super smooth. The host was mad responsive—text, call, email. No stress at all. ✅ What we liked: • Room was super clean. No dust, no weird smell. Loved it. • Full-on kitchen setup! You can cook or bring food. They’ve got cookware and kitchenware. • Bed = big enough for the four of us. Comfy too. • ₱1,000 security deposit needed, but no worries—they sent it back via GCash right after check-out. • The pool was a vibe—super clean and not crowded at all 🏊♀️ There’s just a ₱150 access fee on regular days. Just a heads-up: make sure to let the host know before check-in if you plan to use the pool so everything goes smoothly. ❌ What didn’t vibe: • The view kinda flopped. We were hoping for sea or pool view, but got something else. Not a big deal, just not what we expected. • The biggest letdown? We booked this unit mainly to film scenes for our school project in front of our unit... but the guard stop us real quick 💀 Apparently, filming in common areas is against building policy. Kinda killed the vibe, but not the host’s fault—it’s just the rules of the place ✨ Overall: If you just need a comfy, clean, and convenient space to chill or stay with friends—go for it. Just don’t expect too much from the view, and def ask first if you plan to do anything extra (like filming).

Highly recommend.🫶🤗 The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and quiet environment—perfect for a restful night.

Although my friends told me that the room are ok. But the only thing is the light to this unit are cut. They offer the unit even there's a problem.

Okay naman place all good naman but when it comes sa gamit yung heater hindi umiinit. yung electric kettle hindi matching dun sa port or wala provided adaptor. Yung place mahina signal then wifi... like fr wala display lang. If you wanna stay here na no phone will be good pero if you need connection kahit papano then don't make this a choice. Just token of opinion lang on the experience.

Room isn't really clean...no glass.. no toilet tissues...cockroaches everywhere room.sink and sala...my deposit took so long to be refunded unlike other staycation as soon as u checked out immediate u can get your deposit..

My family had a great time. They wanna do business with you again

After checking in, contact person didn't replied to my question from Jan 7 until Jan 10. Good that I don't need much and just used the place for mostly sleeping only.
