Avis : Golden Phoenix Hotel-Manila

Sobrang tagal transaction sa frontdesk worst experience 😫 they check us in at 330pm. (Should be 2pm) even the check out process I have to wait 45 minutes for a room check.. but the true reason is the receptionist na panay pa cute at chismisan lang ang inaatupag.. so sad..

Hôtel très bien placé proche de commodité propreté correcte et mise à disposition de peignoir chaussons fer à repasser en chambre. Portier et réception très bien par contre bar au second le personnel un peu plus souriant peut-être que ce serait mieux pour le client Européen.

Nous avons trouvé 1 cafard dans la salle de bain et 1 cafard au buffet du petit déjeuner. Mais apart ça c et hôtel est très bien situé à 5 minutes du mall of asia (MOA) . ET PROCHE DE L AEROPORT (20minutes en taxis ) . Très bon accueil.

Super lapit sa MOA Arena walking distance lang. The staffs were friendly and ang bango ng lobby pati yung room namin. Will definitely book again 👍🏻💯

Le Golden Phoenix est une copropriété avec un hôtel intégré située à environ 10 minutes à pied du Mall of Asia. Les chambres sont toutes très bien équipées et très propres. TV ok, internet très bon. salle de bain. un peu petit, mais fonctionne très bien. Climatisation très forte. Buffet du petit-déjeuner : c'était très bon, choix riche, seulement du thé et des œufs au plat que je n'ai pas trouvé. La piscine est très agréable (également au 7ème étage, tout comme le restaurant). Il n'y a pas grand chose à dire négativement : la construction est un peu "complexe" (déroutante). Vous ne pouvez pas trouver de taxis normaux avec compteur devant l'hôtel, seulement des coupe-gorge et des escrocs (tout comme des tarifs et des prix complètement gonflés sont proposés à l'aéroport afin de profiter au maximum du sort des nombreuses personnes à la recherche de taxis - la nécessité engendre avidité). Depuis l'hôtel, vous pourrez rejoindre l'aéroport (NAIA 3) en 35 minutes environ en taxi. Ce qu'il faut souligner, c'est le personnel très sympathique et serviable. L'enregistrement et le départ n'ont pas pris plus de 5 minutes chacun. Il y a 4 petits supermarchés, quelques banques (BDO, Robinsons) et des restaurants/plats à emporter autour du Golden Phoenix. J'adorerais revenir.

Chambre défraîchie avec des défauts dans la cabine de douche. Le service a essayé de corriger les lacunes. Buffet petit-déjeuner : n'était plus réapprovisionné après 9h00. Il n’y avait presque plus de nourriture. Le personnel de service du restaurant n'a pas particulièrement essayé de remédier à la situation

It is not a bad hotel, breakfast has quite the selection and they do change their food variety on a daily basis. For business traveller, do not expect anything more but a roof under your head. Our first room is 7015 and in that section of the floor, the Wi-Fi is completely unusable, the shower door is missing and when you open the bathroom door, there will be no space to move around. The label on shampoo and shower gels are missing, so you will have to guess which is which. Then they switched us to 3010 and this time the Wi-Fi works however there are roaches in the bathroom and the sheets are stained. did not take photos of that. The only upside of the hotel is that it is very close to SMX convention center which is the location for ToyCon.

Good option for MOA Arena concert goers. 100% clean bathroom. Complete toiletries. Sheets are not pristine white anymore but smells clean as well as the towels. AC not cold enough., friendly hotel staff ✨

We stayed here to attend a medical convention. The hotel is a nine-minute walk to the convention site.

It’s so nice to stay here,I was amaze sa hallway palang ang bango na.And the room is very spacious .It has a complete essential things.I love it here very recommended the foods also is very delicious 🫶🏻🫶🏻

The room was definitely dated, but clean and has the necessary stuff inside. Location was decent enough, with its proximity SM MOA and the SMX Convention Center. It’s not as walkable as you would think though, so be sure to bring sun protection. There are some convenience stores nearby if you need supplies. The gym is okay, nothing special, and there is no treadmill. Food during breakfast buffet was good. Room service was nice. Good value for the price overall.

Pros: We got free upgrade from king to suite. The place was clean, BIG (literally), and very comfortable yung bed and pillows. The aircon was cold. Cons: no netflix (not an issue for me), nasira yung both elevator at the time ng check out namin so medyo matagal makababa, and not really a negative and maybe its me pero nag bara yung inidoro after ko mag number 2. Hahaha pero we were able to flush naman after waking up in the morning. Overall it was 8.5/10. Its perfect kung mag sstaycation ka and kung may concert langpupuntahan sa MOA Arena kase literally 5 mins walk lang.

Great location! The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled amazing, I just expected it to continue to the other floors. Our room is big and spacious, but it smelled like it's not been used for quite some time. I like that they also have luggage storage. All in all, it's still great.

Golden Phoenix Manila – Highly Recommended! Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very near to SM Mall, with a laundry shop and convenience store just beside it – super convenient! It’s a value-for-money stay and I definitely think it’s worth coming back here again when I visit Manila!
