I have booked a 3 bedroom suite.Its huge and goid for family but the thing is.its not maintained properly..door knobs in the cimmin bathroom and 1 bedroom is loose fitting.My brother in law adjusted it as he is scared that the kids will be looked inside.The tv in the masters bedroom is not working.Their toilet needs to be upgraded as the sink looked old as well as the faucet.I was disappointed coz what I saw in the pictures are not the same as in actual.The sofa in the receiving area appears old as well.

The non-refreshed three bedroom suite was a bit classic, but nonetheless, it was worth it, and our stay was nice.

We love the 3 bedroom suite. Good for larger group and we also like the heated indoor pool.

I’ve been a frequent guest at this hotel, staying an average of almost once a month, and overall, the experience has been pleasant. The **room was clean as always**, and the **housekeeping service was excellent**, promptly attending to any request with efficiency and courtesy.
However, I believe the **front desk services** still have room for improvement. On my recent stay, I inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, as many hotels offer this perk for loyal guests. I was quickly told “no” without much consideration or follow-up. I suggested they at least check, but the front desk agent declined. I asked “how about birthday upgrade for frequent guest?” I was answered, we only give cake and didn’t even bother to ask for my birthdate or check his record.
Additionally, I requested a late check-out, as the standard check-out time is 11 a.m. I asked for just a one-hour extension, but the staff advised me to call the next morning instead of handling the request during the check-in process.
While the **cleanliness and housekeeping** are consistently excellent, I hope the front desk can improve their customer service to match the overall high standards of the hotel.

This room is highly recommended for family or big group.
Kids enjoyed the pool so much.

1. Booked two 3 bedroom suite so I can compare: units were old and outdated, had a mold + cooked hotdog smell, furnitures are old and had stains, bathroom tiles looked stained and chipped.
2. Terrible service: no bell service when you arrive, rude security guards.
3. After 4pm check in and before 11 am check out :(
4. Cons: near Podium and lots of restos around.
Considering the price, unit size + service I would rather go to Astoria coz they have upgraded their units and the service is great!

Tried the sauna few minutes before it closed 935pm and its supposed to close 10pm. I was still
Pleasantly accommodated so I only took a few mins to make sure I finish before cloaing to repay the consideration the receptionist has given me. Went again 730am as they open 7am and again accommodated as pleasantly by another crew. Will always come back if only for the service, the sauna and the location (beside Lawson, banks, 711. Walking distance to Rob Galleria and many others.

Everything is good except for the leak on the bidet because it turned the bathroom floor a swimming pool. 😅 engineering team immediately sent someone to fix it and maintenance cleaned it up as well. But a bit of a hassle though for someone who would like to have a relaxation that's why we booked for a hotel.

Our stay was nice and relaxing. The location was great but the jacuzzi tiles on the edge cannot easily be noticed especially by kids that will cause accident and sad to say that it was happened to one of my child though I give her the precautions..but the whole stay was fine and the customer service from check in to the restaurant and even the first aide staff was nice.. It's just that during the checkout they have only one staff in the reception that cause the delay..
