pre-check in, responded on reservations team's email and complied with what is requested. Posted a question regarding if ID will be needed for the guest and parking privileges, only got a one liner response, without getting my questions answered.
2. check-in, even if been made aware that there is no front desk, upon arriving and approaching the attending security personnel, took a while to search for our reservation. Mostly due to a single incorrect letter written on their copy for my last name. After handing my ID, which I already sent via email to the reservations team, which I didn't mind. What made it irritating was my wife and kids are being asked for their ID's, even if it there were nothing being said be it on the trip.com page or email communication. Take note, that it was my 2nd question on my email to reservations, that was answered with a 1 liner response only.
3. WIFI connection is unstable, toiletries was only available on 1 bathroom, living room bathroom shower leaking (cannot use), room AC not cooling room efficiently and worst was cockroaches roaming around bathroom, bedrooms, dining and kitchen cabinets.
