Check in is fast by the staffs, the room is clean, and the necessary amenities are provided. Swimming pool is at level 10, with views around.

For some reason, I got a smaller room this time. Breakfast is South Indian cuisine. Staff are still very helpful and attentive.

沒法和國內同級別的四星酒店比，價格也偏貴，尼泊爾物資短缺生活成本較高，該酒店的設施算是齊全，除了房間比較小些外，都還能接受，適合短期出差居住

帕坦附近，服務很好，有空調，周邊很方便，有大商場也有小超市，附近有個小書店也不錯，周邊有很多餐館。酒店頂層是露台酒吧，景色很美，可以步行到帕坦王宮。價格比周邊略高，但比較值得。

Nous avons été particulièrement surpris par la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. Au restaurant et surtout la gentillesse et le dévouement de Aashma au petit dejeuner. Elle nous accueillait avec un magnifique sourire. Nous expliquait la nourriture locale et etait partout attentionnée .

Buffet très bon rapport qualité prix...la nourriture semble être préparée au fur et à mesure pas comme dans les buffets traditionnels avec les plats desséchés Le serveur Nirajan était top tres bon conseillé, toujours aux petits soins Vue toujours aussi agréable

The Rapchik Dosa was very tasty. Thanks to Hiroj for the recommendation. The food is sumptuous. Keep it going. The ambience is excellent. The staff is very courteous. Taj group of hotels is our preferred hotel chain. Idlis were made very early and were little hard.

We recently stayed for a night. The staff were welcoming hospitable and courteous and responded to our requests. However the entire experience wasn’t as we expected from a Taj property. The rooms looked tired. On check-in, our room had no wifi connection which remained unresolved despite repeated intervention of the hotel staff / IT. Eventually we had to ask to be moved to another room, after an unpleasant and disruptive experience. We struggled with the phone charger too - the plug head being wider than the socket. Eventually we had to request for an extension cord to plug in the charger.

The staff at Vivanta was very kind and accommodating. Each time we needed something, they were quick to assist us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, too. We enjoyed the restaurant for each breakfast and several other meals. Service was not speedy, but the food was delicious! Book Vivanta. You will not regret it.

We had excellent stay. Rooms and the facilities were excellent. Food was very good. I enjoyed the available Indian food also. Staff was very polite and Courteous. I would like to mention the name of Mr. Manish specially who took good care of us during our stay whenever we needed some help. Thanks for that.
