It was such a beautiful place to stay with nature. Resort is surrounded with mountains and River. Rooms were clean, spotless and you can enjoy the sound of river. Food was delicious, you can give your preference to chef. Will be back soon Thank you Team.

I was travelling with my wife and 3 year old son and took Executive Suite (Room no 301). We had visited Pacific Inn resort in Rishikesh from Gurgaon on 14th May 22 and stayed there for 2 days till 16th May 22 to relax and unwind. But things happened quite the opposite there. We were in fact stressed and frustrated with the dealings of the staff at pacific inn . The staff management is so poor and inefficient. We used to order for the food which used to come late u an hour or two and on top of that with something or the other missing. My child fell sick and we asked the guy at the reception named Sagar for help with the medicine. He kept us waiting the whole day and was himself relaxing and unwinding in the river with his team with no one to respond at the reception for hours. In the even ending he refunded our money saying there is no one to get medicine. Room cleaning used to take hours after constant follow up. Horrible services, inefficient staff. Please peeps don’t waste your money here. We felt relaxed after coming back in fact. Shame on you pacific inn for looting people and having such improper ethics.

We stayed there for two nights with kids and our parents. We were there for Friday night and Saturday night. Friday was really nice , all the guest were families and the environment of central park of the resort was really nice and comfortable for any family. Saturday night was completely opposite. The hotel allowed bachelors (4 in one room) at very lower rates. Almost 20 men were there who were smoking, drinking and singing songs till 3 am. This disturbed the entire feeling of that nice place. The resort was no more comfortable for families. The resort owner should understand that for small money you destroyed the entire environment of the resort. This must be happening of all weekends whenever the rooms would be vacant. The hotel has the great location. The central park is really good. You can sit in the park with family. You can go to the river also and kids can enjoy. Rooms are ok. Washrooms were small but clean. Buffet breakfast was also ok.

Nice location and good river view.housekeeping staff are so good , poonam is very dedicated and sincere staff she is very well behaved and I am sure must be a great asset to the hotel .I have stayed for few days in the hotel and very kindly observed poonam work skill. I really impressed with his dedication and loyalty and honesty .I wish all the best for the future.also thank you so much Pacific inn resort management.
