I recently stayed at your property, from 22 may to 24 may, with my friends and family approx 9 rooms and I want to share my feedback regarding the experience. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations due to the following issues: The room was not clean upon arrival, with visible dust and stains on the bedding. at the time of billing thay charge over extra and not showing menu food is not meet with price, service charge also add in billing which is not as per rule . Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet expectations These problems significantly affected my comfort and overall experience. I had expected a higher standard of service, especially given the price of your establishment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your services for future guests.
