A great escape from the city! Located in Pearland not to far from the city but far enough to relax and enjoy the quiet neighborhood with an outdoor pool and hot tub in the back yard. Come relax or enjoy the house with family and friends. I apologize I am unable to answer questions throughout the day; however, I will try my best to answer within a 24 hour time period. I will try to give you as much information on here as possible so that your questions may already be answered. The space There is a 3 night minimum for renting my home. My home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master bedroom is downstairs with a king size bed and bathroom attached. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. Their is a media room upstairs with an 80 inch TV and with an over-sized couch that can sleep 2 people. There is also a game room upstairs with an air hockey table. Outside is a pool and hot tub. I prefer you do not touch the pool equipment for liability reasons, if you would like something done text me and I can do it for you remotely. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note No pets allowed!!! No parties allowed!!! No smoking in the house!! If these rules are broken the deposit will not be refund and extra charges may incur. Please note that I do not supply any toiletries for sanitation reason. Please bring your own toilet paper, bath soaps, and paper towels.
