I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

L'hôtel est facile à trouver à l'arrivée à Janske Lazne. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture devant l'hôtel pendant que vous check-in jusqu'à une heure. Vous devez ensuite le déplacer quelques mètres dans un parking public, ce qui peut facilement être confondu avec le parking de l'hôtel. Si vous n'avez pas besoin de déplacer votre voiture, vous pouvez payer pour le parking à la sortie car il est moins cher, sinon vous rendrez le billet dans la zone de réception de l'hôtel et ils valideront les privilèges en sortie (encore plus cher). La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Les chambres sont plus petites, assez modernes avec la paroi de la salle de bains en verre et la zone de sommeil. La piscine est aussi agréable pour une petite piscine. Le petit déjeuner est bon, le personnel est attentif, et j'ai aimé mon séjour.

Very good hotel, or more precisely guesthouse. Located at the steep street, nearby the chairlift to Szrenica. This area is very busy and difficult to park the car. Fortunately, the entity has some parking places, even cleaned from the snow every morning. The common area is good organized, with the rich collection of books and magazines about wines. The breakfast is served in the basement and offers the varied menu. In the building there is also possibility to order the dinner or some snacks, plus interesting wines, including local ones. The staff is very kind and friendly and keeps the hotel very clean and tidy. My only objection is size of our double room on the ground floor. It’s definitely too small, like for this property, with so good reputation. It’s also related to the price, which seems to be too high for the category of our double room.
