Water front 1br, 1ba cabin with additional sleeping quarters in loft above garage. There is a gazebo, fire pit, grass area by the water, and a new dock. Boat launch is two houses down. There are 4 beds total with 2 additional pull outs. Two RV sites. Additional charge of $40/night/RV to be added. Put in as a parking fee. This property is setup very nice, and can be used in a variety of ways. Lots of sight seeing in the area with Gardner caves, Sweet creek falls, Kettle falls, Box Cannon Dam, Sullivan lake, and many more. Golf at Serendipity. There is a casino in Cusick 15 miles away.
